We enjoyed eating with our grandchildren here. Everyone can have whatever they want. Lots of choices for all of us. Friendly staff. The girl even came and asked what sauce we wanted when the kids forgot to tell her.

Only my second time eating at Jack’s and I highly recommend their breakfast, the employees are friendly and it’s a clean environment. For about 7 to 10$ you definitely get your fill and there’s plenty of an assortment of food to choose from. I will be coming back again and again!!!!!

If you traveling, just keep going. Bathroom had not Tiolet paper. Floor very greasy and slick. Burger had to much pepper. And frys had some kind of seasoning on them.
Had heard Jack’s had good burgers, but I won’t be back.
The manger needs to go to school. Felt sorry for the young guys working there. Guessing the have high employee turn over.

I really hate to write anything negative but think you should be aware.
I went through the drive through and ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers. (Hard day at work, no lunch, so i was starving hungry.
Anyway after I left and was a few miles down the road I took a bite of pine of them and it was so cold I couldn’t eat it. Not just the salad on it but the meat patties were cold! I was too fat to go back so please check your goods before you leave.
I will go back and try again just to make sure it isn’t an everyday thing.

Never been to a Jacks before. Figured to give it a try based on reviews.
First the bathroom is dirty.
Placed my order noticed they are very unorganized inside and the kitchen area looks pretty dirty as well.
Can see old grease on the cookers front and on the other appliances, tea containers looked like something was growing on them.
Ordered the Big Jack add bacon combo and a small chocolate milkshake.
The burger had crumbles of bacon that were very hard (old), burger was bland and the tomato and lettuce were discolored (not fresh).
Thought cheese came on it by looking at the photo, guess I was mistaken.
The milk shake not very tasty and wouldn’t recommend.
Definitely should have went somewhere else.

I hate to do it but I just had a bad experience at this location. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes with nobody in front of me before anybody took my order. I ordered the four piece chicken finger meal I could see that the chicken fingers were ready to go fries were ready to go. Took them another couple minutes to make the meal. Get out my vehicle and realize that they had already gave me three pieces. Had to go back in stood there another 2 minutes or so waiting on somebody to help me. They need to pay more attention to the people standing there in their waiting room.

I put a mobile order in the app at 7:34pm. The app told me it may take 15 minutes to prepare so I went inside 10 minutes later to be told by the manager that it would be another 10 minutes. The front counter had a few people so it was understandable. I waited an additional 35 minutes in the lobby before going to the counter and being told yet again that my order wasn’t ready quite yet but he could put it together now. I sat there thirsty, as my drink wasn’t even handed to me. No apology and was told the manager couldn’t give me a refund and he could “do it later”. I hope I never have the misfortune of being in the area and choosing this location again!!

Every single time I’ve been through this drive thru something is missing on the order. I honestly try to give them the benefit of the doubt, however I’ve given up on this location. Today I ordered a simple order. Chicken biscuit combo. My biscuit had NO top bun. Chicken on the bottom half of a bun. It’s also cold. They don’t pay attention.

God awful service. Imagine ordering your food ahead of time on the app and having to wait over an hour for them to get two orders ready. They had one guy making orders with a full screen of them with literally no help. One guy taking orders trying to do his job, God bless him, and two useless girls up front making only drinks and barking orders at the guy making the food. I don’t know maybe help the guy that’s by himself making the freaking food instead of standing there watching him and shouting at him?? Turns out first order was just sitting on the counter getting cold while we were waiting for this poor makeline guy to sauce and bag 8 wings for the second order we had been waiting for- for an hour. My main problem is that we had to go in the store after waiting in our parking spot they told us to park in while we were watching every other car get their food instantly. It’s like they forgot about us. And just seeing these two girls do absolutely nothing to help the two gentlemen actually running the place while they just stood around looking at them… HELP THEM??? on a Saturday of all days with cars piled up in the drive thru. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Hire some people with good work ethic is all I can recommend and weed out the incompetent.
