I waited in line for about eight minutes for a mini Oreo shake during a time when business appeared to be slow. As someone who managed a fast-food restaurant for 10 years, I understand how important speed of service and customer communication are.
When my order was taken, the employee was laughing on the speaker, which gave the impression that urgency and service were not a priority. After pulling up to the window, there was no communication about the wait time—no acknowledgment such as “Your order will be right out,” which would have gone a long way in maintaining a good customer experience.
When I finally received the shake, it was extremely thick and difficult to drink. I debated whether to send it back, but the employee at the window appeared impatient, as if I was holding things up, even though I had already waited several minutes.
Overall, the pace of the crew seemed very slow, especially considering the lack of business at the time. With proper training and attention to customer service, this location could greatly improve the experience for guests. I would be concerned about how the store might perform during a secret shop or review visit in the evening hours.

Who knew Freddy’s had old fashioned malts?! I didn’t! I already ADORED their fries, loved their burgers and was a huge fan of Freddy’s fry sauce, but now I have another brand new reason to enjoy my occasional visits to Freddy’s! This location has never let me down by the way . Food is always on point, restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and stocked, and customer service is PREMIUM level stuff. One of my favorite drive-thrus.

Great atmosphere, great employees, very upbeat, friendly, and knowledgeable. Came to our table after we received our food to make sure everything was good. Fast service with a smile and accurate order.
Employees made us feel extremely welcome instead of a bother, which is a very pleasant surprise nowadays.
Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We have been there twice for the custard, and both times, it didn’t come out of the machine, but it was scooped out of something and melting down the cone as it was being handed to us pretty pathetic to pay over 35.00 for 5 different custard desserts and just have it melting all over.
Definitely will not recommend the custard at this location OB, MS.
Most of the regular food items were good except the lettuce wrap

The young ladies are very nice and very friendly and make sure your food is very fresh and it’s very clean there I love it and being a truck driver being able to get a hot meal and a friendly atmosphere is very nice

I ordered three meals for my family when I received the food. To my dismay, the fries were cold, and the burgers were equally cold. It felt like everything had been sitting there for a couple of hours. There was no apology from the staff. I would rate this restaurant a 0 out of 10 and would not recommend it to anyone.

I went here for desserts for the family. I ordered a shake for myself, dirt and worms for my son, and another shake for my wife. They let me order, but after I pay at the window she tells me they don’t have certain ingredients for either shake, and since I had already paid she recommended some other things. Not only did they suck, but they were also concretes and not shakes, and payed for mediums but they gave me smalls. Common now…
The girl was nice enough, but I eventually just took whatever I could get and left. At 7 dollars a piece of whatever they were you’d expect better…

This location used to be good but today was not it at all. The food was cold, the service was blah, and it wasn’t complete. My Chophouse burger had no mushrooms and it was busting through the cardboard holder. It also looked like someone took a bite out of the bun. I asked for malts and I know I got just ice cream in a cup and I asked her if these were malts and she said they were. They were out of American cheese so I opted for cheddar but all I see is maybe Colby shredded cheese on the burger. Overall it was bad. I won’t be going back.

They were kinda busy, but took our order quickly and the order was ready fast. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I had 4 combos, but was only able to take pictures of 2. Let me tell you, the food is delicious. We tried the custard, but to us it tasted like ice cream. If you want a delicious burer fast, go here!
