Buffalo Wild Wings was a solid stop for a quick meal, especially if you’re in the mood for something flavorful. The wings were cooked well with a good mix of sauces and seasonings, and the portions were satisfying without feeling rushed or sloppy. The atmosphere had the classic sports-bar vibe with plenty of screens and a lively but comfortable environment.
Service was friendly and moved at a good pace, and the dining area was clean and organized despite the number of people inside. It’s a great spot to grab wings, relax for a bit, and enjoy a casual meal. Overall, a dependable choice if you’re craving wings and a laid-back setting.

I like this place, but the restroom was in extremely poor condition during my visit.
Dirty sink area, visible stains on the ceiling and around the fixtures, and the urinals did not look properly cleaned.
It didn’t feel sanitary, especially for a restaurant that serves food.
Hope the management pays attention — the dining area and staff were fine, but the restroom definitely needs maintenance and regular cleaning.

The burgers at bww’s have now well exceeded my expectations! The wings used to be very good and still are good, especially the garlic parmesan. Those you cannot go wrong, but they have started to be more expensive over time. I think the burgers are underrated! From the bun to the beef, the flavor packs a punch throughout. Arrived around 4:00pm and waited an unreasonable amount of time just to be acknowledged. After realizing I left my ID in my truck, I went to grab it, returned, and waited another 10 minutes with it sitting clearly on the table before the bartender bothered to come back.
The ID was a paper ID(with my picture on it(, issued by the Nebraska DMV the day before, a legitimate, government-issued ID. Instead of professionally explaining a policy, the bartender immediately became rude and dismissive, saying it “didn’t matter” and that she could deny me service. The tone was condescending and unnecessarily aggressive, almost as if she was eager to argue rather than help.
I fully understand alcohol laws and business policies. What I don’t understand is the complete lack of basic customer service and professionalism. There’s a difference between enforcing a rule and enjoying being disrespectful about it.
Service like this is exactly how businesses lose loyal customers. I support local Papillion establishments, but I won’t be returning after this interaction.

We came into the restaurant at 6:00 p.m. the night of the Superbowl. There were a lot of people waiting in the lobby. We asked the people at the door how long was the wait. They said no wait for eating in. We were seating right away and had great service. I had teriyaki wings and my husband had garlic Parmesan wings. They were both exquisite. Thanks Buffalo Wild Wings!

Got seated and after 15 minutes we left without even speaking to a server. Every server in there walked past our table multiple times. They were a little busy but not too busy because some of them were just standing around.

We tried the sampler appetizer – onion rings, mozzarella sticks, boneless wings and loaded nachos. Also got additional wings in other flavors and French fries pretty filling but I think nachos as delivery was a mistake on our part. Got pretty soggy.

I’ve experienced some issues at this chain in the past and this was no exception. There were very few customers but it took an inordinately long time to be seated, drinks ordered, and food ordered. Apparently one of the fryers broke while cooking our food so I got fries instead of wedges which was ok and eventually my actual order showed up. I find their burgers somewhat dry and uninspired, but that’s a personal preference. Our server was attentive but seemed to be distracted.

I always come here alone and have had good experiences. I always get the same order and each time it’s great. There is definitely consistency in their cooking. Servers are always attentive, food comes out quick. This is my go-to wing spot. Other locations have disappointed me but not this one 🙂

I am not typically a complainer but we ordered 50 boneless wings today to go and they were severely burnt. I don’t mind some extra crispy but these wings were almost black. This is the third bad order in a row we received from this location. I passed the last two off because they were super busy, but sending food that looks like this out of the kitchen is unacceptable.
