It took FOREVER for us to get our food. It took her at least 3 times to actually get our order. And when we pushed the red button to get service and they didn’t answer for at least 20 minutes. There is 0 communication going on in that building. After we finally got a bag of food, they didn’t have our sandwich and 2 drinks. We waited another 20 minutes for the sandwich before we just said screw it.

Went on Friday 2/20 around 6:30pm. I knew this location was slower so I scheduled a mobile order pickup for 6:25pm. I arrived and checked in on the app around 6:27pm and did not get the food until 7:13. Waiting almost an hour past the pickup time for a chicken sandwich, a burger, tots, mozzarella sticks and some chicken bites is ridiculous. Then to get the food and its warm at best is less than satisfying. Cars came and left before we even got our food. NEVER GO HERE.

Waited 20 mins to be served-since nobody was answering the call button, placed a mobile order. Waited another 20 mins, called and they said they ‘just got it’ despite our receipt saying otherwise. Food was stone cold, drinks were incorrect and had to request the sauces we paid for. There was all of one poor woman working outside. Is Sonic going out of business? The red button has been activated for over an hour now, nobody ever answered it .

Would give 0 stars if I could. I waited at the drive through window for 30 minutes after paying while 5 cars behind me got their food and left. My order was not huge, it was 3 meals. I asked for a refund and was told I’d have to give the food back. When I questioned why the cars behind me got their food first, I was told that mine was fresh (spoiler alert: it was lukewarm and soggy). With the window open, the manager said to the cashier “well she’s not getting any money back”. The cashier’s hands also appeared to be bloody. I called the 1-888 number on the receipt and was treated just as poorly by the customer service rep. I was told the GM/owner of the location would reach out to me. Two weeks later I haven’t heard anything and don’t expect to. It’s a shame that this is the only “fast” option at the Mills. It would’ve been quicker to sit down and eat at one of the restaurants.

As a driver and MANY MULTIPLE TIMES that I have tried at this place to pick up orders. They are never on time! Always waiting and our time is money! Today 4 cars in the parking lot. No one in the drive thru. I waited 40 minutes for a order before I cancelled it. That I did not want to! And the car next to me that was waiting before me. Honking waited for so long for 2 drinks! Ridiculous…This is EVERYTIME though.This restaurant should opt out of orders for delivery. Truly frustrating and never again.

Mixed reviews when visiting. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh. A lot of times the burgers are chewy and dry. Hard to complain when you’re on your lunch break and you’ve already waited 20 minutes for your food to come out. I really only go here when they have specials like buy one get one free entree. Would much rather go to Wendy’s which has consistently great burgers every time

I go to this store often. This meal, however, was truly the worst fast food ive ever eaten. The burger was cold and im sure, it sat around all day. The fries were completely overcooked and tasted terrible. Even the sweet tea was bad. This place is floundering, just like the Mills mall. Just close the doors now before someone dies of food poisoning.

Spent over an hour to get food. The screen said Jenelle was on her way and 20 mins went by and nothing. We hit the button and no one would respond. No communication no one would talk to you to either cancel or complain. Never even got all the food or drinks. Couldn’t get help or answers and had to leave and call corp number

I am leaving a 5 star review because of Ashley. She was very sweet when I called about 2 missing items, which she informed the door dash driver but he neglected to tell me. So anyway, Ashley was very very nice and she handled the situation perfectly.

I waited in the drive in spot for 20 minutes after hitting the Red button. No one ever took my order, I proceeded to go around the building and go through the drive-thru. I waited it in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes and no one ever took my order. I will never be coming back. Worst service I’ve ever had
