Food was very exspensive and poorly made. The Nachos were stale and the cheese was hard when it was brought out to us. The cheese had obviously been put under a heating lamp or something to get it to melt but when it got to the table it had hardened. Really dissapointing!
The quesadillas were cooked well and enjoyable. Most of the other plates had some type of issue. Server was very polite. I guess when you ask for a refill though they tell someone else and there becomes a delay issue. Multiple times sat without drinks waiting, not because our server didnt ask us in time, but due to the relay of gettingsomeoneelse to bring them to us.

Extremely disappointing experience at the Chili’s in Boone. We arrived as a family group of 22 people while on vacation and were flat-out refused service. We clearly understood that we were a large group and were more than willing to wait patiently and even split into smaller parties at different tables to make things easier for the staff.
Despite our flexibility and cooperation, management showed zero willingness to accommodate us. They claimed to be short-staffed, yet made no effort to find any solution or compromise. The response was simply “no,” delivered with an inflexible and unwelcoming attitude.
It is truly frustrating and sad to be turned away from what has always been one of our favorite restaurants, especially while traveling with family. This experience left a very negative impression and fell far below the level of customer service we expect from Chili’s.
We sincerely hope that management, Joshua Peters, takes responsibility and works to improve customer service and guest handling at this location.

Traveling for work and was craving the chicken enchilada soup and a salad.

When we walked in with family, a party of 10, & an almost empty restaurant.. we were told there would be a 10-15 minute wait.
Okay, no problem at all.
The ladies went to grab a quick drink at the bar while we waited.. which ended up not being quick at all. We sat there for 20 min when 4 different servers came up to us & all said “we’ll be right with you”.. after seeing these servers take care of other customer multiple times before coming back to us, we got pretty frustrated. They finally took our drink orders but even those 4 drinks still took another 15 minutes to get. We’re now at the bar for 30-40 minutes & our table is still not ready. We still continued to wait because we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt considering one of the bartenders told us “we’ve never been on a wait so we dont know how to handle this” we finally got sat after almost 45 minutes of waiting for a 10 minute table. We sat there for a good 10-15 minutes before a waitress walked up & we told her we were just going to go somewhere else.. her response? “Okay, cool.” Then walked away. I have worked in the restaurant industry my entire life & will never return to this location. Do better.

Been seeing the triple dipper all over my fyp on tiktok for awhile now and finally gave in and ordered it. Did a to go order over the phone and the lady was very helpful, polite and quick with the entire process. She made it clear that I would be waiting 10-15 minutes once I arrived, which was not a problem. When I arrived everyone was very friendly and the food didn’t take as long as I expected and was very fresh. 10/10 recommend the fried mozzarella and this location. Will definitely be back soon

Wife and had the Southwestern egg rolls for a appetizer. The entrée was Chicken strips and a half rack of ribs with fries on the 2 for $25 menu. All the food was super fresh and hot. Only minor complaint was the ribs. Though the flavor was great, they were a little tuff. The wait staff was very friendly and our food came out in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this Chili’s location.

Best seared stake I’ve ever had…. To cook really not this one out of the park. Some of the family said the tea was too sweet though but everything else was spot on. Waitress was very attentive and check back frequently and never forgot a thing.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. We sat at the bar waiting for a table and was not acknowledged for 20 minutes and then once we gave our order, waited 15 more minutes. Also saw someone from behind the bar pick up the rubber pad that holds the drink dispenser OFF THE FLOOR AND PUT IT BACK. a lady did come to us and apologize as she said they have never had a wait before and didn’t really know how to handle the situation.

Chili’s used to be one of my favorite restaurants but either the recipes have changed or this particular kitchen is really struggling. Ate here tonight and our waitress was fantastic, no problem at all with the service, but the food was hit or miss. Some items were good and some really missed the mark. I got surf and turf, and the steak was one of the best I’ve ever had but the shrimp were so heavily seasoned they weren’t even pleasant to eat unless you scraped some off or mixed it with other items. My girlfriend’s brisket quesadilla was a disaster. The meat was fatty and tasted like it was made of the greasy end pieces, the sauce was almost nonexistent, and every piece had a hard brown crusty burned chunk of leaked cheese on the edge that wasn’t appetizing at all. We also had some of the Texas cheese fries and we expected the cheese to be hot and melty and stringy but it was like a microwave melted hard lump. She said it best – “it would be okay except for how much it cost.” With tip we spent nearly $100 and even the lemonades were watery tasting. Some of it was genuinely delicious, but there were just too many duds among the home runs for the price.
