One of the best meals I’ve had in Palm desert and I was frequenting the $$$$ so it’s saying something. The burger patty was juicy and melted in my mouth actually so damn good. The bread comes out hot in that mini cast iron skillet and it has a couple delicious spreads to enjoy with it. The place gets packed around lunch time and definitely a little loud inside but good service / vibe over all!

They’ve got great craft cocktails, tasty shareable small plates, and some really good entrees. The Blood Orange Margherita was fantastic, and the Cucumber Smash was refreshing. The 14oz coffee rubbed ribeye was cooked medium rare to order and was accompanied by some of the best mashed potatoes I’ve had. The winter menu had a macadamia crusted halibut that was so flavorful and meltingly tender. Asparagus was crisp and fresh.

Tommy Bahama’s Palm Desert does not disappoint! Hadn’t been here in a while and was wary after a disappointing experience at the PS location. But this time was perfect. Lovely brunch on the patio. The mahi mahi tacos were superb, as was the bananas Foster pancakes. Service was prompt and courteous. Menu and quality are top notch. Great choice for a nice meal while shopping on El Paseo.

Take the escalator to the second floor to enjoy friends and the natural environment of the desert. How fun to celebrate my mother in-laws birthday here. Great food and great service. Love the happy hour menu too.

Banging lunch!!!! Started with the bread pudding soufflé. Then she did the goat cheese dip while I did the chips and guac. I had the blue crab and avocado salad and Wifee had the filet mignon steak salad. Everything was outstanding and Brenda made our experience even better with her pleasant smile and attentive service!

However, after checking in with the host to allocate my position in the queue, one of the hosts told me to “move along”. This was right after the other host finished talking to me.
I found this incredibly rude. It made me feel unwelcome in this restaurant. However, unfortunately I am used to being treated this way in “bougie” establishments where restaurant staff feel I do not have enough money or prestige to dine there.

The food was okay. We went for lunch and had the pork chop and the hamburger. The pork chop was good, but the sides were a bit disappointing. The hamburger was soggy, and the patty was, for some reason, crumbly. The service was questionable, as the wait time for both ordering and getting the check was long.

Some of the best coconut shrimp I’ve had. My wife loved her salad. French fries were crispy…ask for extra ketchup. We took advantage of their Happy Hour prices. Cocktails were good.

Goat cheese dip completely embarrassing at any price. This was $18.00 and maybe 4oz of goat cheese.

OMG! This was a fabulous last minute choice while looking for a good margarita. Drinks were perfect and the food was insane! Our waitress (sorry, forgot her name) was amazing and took such great care of us, too. Loved the outdoor deck – sunset was spectacular!
