Wow, just wow!!!
I ordered a #2 no cheese onion rings and a drink. I pay for it pull to the second window and wait. While im waiting I happened to look at my receipt and I noticed it says I ordered a “Texas dbl Whopper”.
When the lady came yo the window with my order I ask what it is, “its the original whopper with bacon, mustard, and jalapeños” I said oh crap, I was just wanting an original dbl whopper when did they change the #2? She said she’d been here about a year and its been that way since.
I got frustrated a little not at her but the menu change caused me to get something I not only didnt want, but could not eat as well. I told her it’s only been about 10 years since I’ve eaten at a burger king, and used to love it, but I’ve lived in an area that didnt have one. When I say Emily went above and beyond, I mean she went!!!
She went and explained the issue to the kitchen, and had an original dbl whopper made for me, Im not sure the name of the person in the kitchen but thank you to you as well. It’s nice to know that there are still good people in the world that actually give a damn about others, even if the only thing they stand to gain is a simple pat on the back.

I am absolutely disgusted by what I walked in and saw while I was trying to put a order in on the app. Lobby was trash but honestly that was the smallest issue. The manager there (black and red hair) had hair everywhere and was eating at the counter and kept touching her mouth and face and then touching customers food and bags without even bothering to wash them. That is horrible. Then a customer came to the counter and she was talking To them through the food in her mouth. I immediately cancelled my order in the app and walked right out. That is disgusting. As a manager of a different fast food place, that kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Please fix your store. I will never return to that burger king and will share this experience with everyone I know.

Whoever the lady is working the drive through needs a major lesson in hospitality. Never again will I come to this location. Not only is she not friendly to the customers but shes rude and has an attitude of ungratefulness. The long line is was in over at McDonalds went faster than 1 car over here. I left a long line just to wait longer for the food. Seriously ridiculous.

Super super slow. Saw McDonald’s with a long line and went here… the line disappeared… Paid at the window and after about 5 minutes they barely started making the food. Still waiting 15 minutes later.

Drive-thru worker was obviously under the influence of something. Couldn’t understand him, and he could not take my breakfast order this morning. Reminded me not to support this business. Maverick makes better breakfast sandwiches anyways!

Ordered takeout and paid to add Cheese, sauce, and some other modifications. Did not receive. Reached out to customer support and received $15 coupon. Upon using it on our next order, the same incident occurred again. The bag was sealed and signed by the manager. the customer service was strange, and upon reaching out to support, I was offered crowns in lieu of a refund. When I requested a refund, I was denied.

Oder number 2 . No one in drive thru. Took 20 plus mine ro get food . No condiments or napkins. Forgot Parton the Orr. Sign on drive through said by two cookies , get a free ice cream cone didn’t receive my cone . Then the burger was made really sloppy with extra Mayonnaise.meat was burned. On top of that , the woman and the drive through is rude as hell

Rude cashier. Had to repeat myself to get sauce, and still never got it. And when asking it sounded like the cashier was annoyed. They also were supposed to give me the Impossible Whopper, but I’m pretty sure it was real meat. My friend also got a meal and he paid $21 for his food and put all wrong toppings on it. He is disabled and barely gets out to get fast food, that’s a treat for him. It was just frustrating because of attitude and then not getting what was asked. Didn’t bother to take it back, but wanted someone to be aware to try to pay attention.

Went through the drive through at about 1:55. Could hardly hear the person taking my order he was slurring his words so much almost had me believing he was under the influence while working. While trying to get the order taken he told us it would be a minute we said it was fine and he proceeded to not say anything back for a good 3 minutes and became saying how long it was going to take because of how many mobile orders they had? Worst experience I’ve had thank you for wasting our time
