We went in on their promotion for their burgers and were very pleasantly surprised with how good their burgers were. I had the crinkle cut fries and he had the seasoned fries both which were excellent as well. I tried the carrot cake and was very happy with it.

I really hate doing this, bc I have always loved eating here in the past, but the last two times I’ve been here, it isn’t the same. I really should do two stars if it was based on my experience last night, but I will do three based on overall in general. The waitress was not very good last night. I asked her how much the pork steak special was and she said, well I remember the price of the other special, but not that one. I told her I was interested in the pork steak special price, and she said “Oh. I don’t remember what is.”. She didn’t say “let me find out.” Or anything like that. Then, when our food arrived, my daughter’s wings were breaded even though she asked for none. The waitress did offer to send them back, but my daughter ate them as is, so I appreciated that effort. She also offered to take back my neighbor’s cold fish too. They took her up on that offer, but really more efforts need to be made in the first place My pork steak was semi-cold and very fatty. The corn was so bland. The bread was very good as always My salad and dressing were also very good. I did not finish my meal, and left there hungry and unsatisfied still. The wait staff was too concerned about turning football games on and managing the TV sets instead of paying attention to the main reason why people are there. I love that they come around and ask what people want to watch on tv, but be aware of the attitudes of of the other staff and the complaints at the table. I cannot recall the waitresses’ name. We ate upstairs around 530ish. I don’t want her fired, but if her heart isn’t really into it, then maybe this isn’t the job for her, or maybe she’s just worn out from life and needs to switch her schedule around. I don’t know, but I am really thinking about not going back anymore This was the second time I was disappointed within my last two experiences. We know this place has potential. I know they are looking for more staff. It just feels like they need more motivation and a different outlook. I don’t mean to be mean in this review, but I also don’t want to see them go downhill, bc I know they have the potential to do better.

Ordered the special pot pie with green beans. The crust was so hard I could not cut it. Used my finger to try and pull it apart, it tore finally but texture was like rubber. After a took off the top there was a scoopful of food. One slice of carrot , 3 nickel size chicken. Asked for green beans and received corn. No water is served, I guess you have to ask for it. I’ve ate here for years and last two times the food was not good. I may have caught the bad nights I don’t know. But if you run a special the cook should make sure it’s edible.

Overall disappointed. The ranch dressing here just tastes like mayonnaise. The mashed potatoes are instant potatoes. Fettuccine was ok but the noodles were definitely over cooked. Money would be better spent at fazolis than this place. The food is not good enough to warrant coming back. Reminds me why I usually just cook at home instead of going out.

Wife ordered muscatoli.She said it was perfect.I ordered a straumboli there were only couple pieces of ham little flat squares looked like package lunch meat,the sauce wasn’t tomato sauce it was marinara sauce no sausage no lettuce no peppers,very little tomatoes, I brag about there food all the time just really disappointed this time

Meet here for lunch once a month. The servers are friendly and the restaurant is always clean. I have never been disappointed with my food. This last visit, I had grilled ham with swiss cheese on rye and a baked potato for the side item. The sandwich was delicious; the potato was steaming hot and baked to perfection. Good iced tea too.

Was having a great time until our server showed up. This lady looked like she had a chip on her shoulder from the time she got to our table. As we were trying to order she rolled her eyes numerous times at us. She acted like she had better things to do. Never did go back to check on us someone else refilled our drinks. I used to enjoy the food here but I won’t be back because of the crappy server. My receipt says the server was Brandi Q. Very disappointed

We were just after lunch rush on a Friday. It was quiet and the service was spot on and friendly the price was very reasonable and food quality spot on. We both had ice tea and it was exceptional, we could taste it, we both prefer stronger tea and coffee.
