I dont know but as a Business Manager the crap I experienced today literally has me in a cloud of deep confusion. 3 teenagers and a manager who seemed out of it. To pay almost 12 for a box and receive what we all received is insane. I can make a taquito with what should be full. Then our cheese was inside and outside. Food was made sloppy and if I wasnt so tired after being at work and running important errands if I had it in me I would have driven back and literally cane out of character. 40 bucks later on 3 boxes and I still had to make my family something to eat!

This location is usually good! I’m not sure what happened tonight but it just wasn’t it. For starters there was a child running around the back behind the counter. Specifically asked for no lettuce on a cheesy gordita crunch and it was filled with lettuce and lacked the sauce that comes on it. The hard shell tacos also had lettuce on them. These were the only issues. I usually go there and everything is fine.

We had part of our order mixed up with someone else’s and the manager Curtis was super nice and offered a quick resolution. We usually doordash (Vivi!) late night and it’s always perfect. Thank you Curtis for owning it and being cool when I called in. Great resolution/customer service skills.

I arrived at the Oakwood, GA Taco Bell at 10:14 PM to pick up a DoorDash order. After 35 minutes, the order had still not been started. When I asked for an update, the manager responded with an unnecessarily argumentative attitude, rather than providing a simple explanation or solution. The lack of urgency and disregard for my time made it impossible to complete the delivery, and I was forced to unassign the order.
Furthermore, I observed the staff treating another customer in an equally dismissive and rude manner. The behavior I witnessed reflected a serious lack of professionalism and customer service standards at this location.
This level of service is unacceptable. Management needs to address these issues immediately—both in communication and in respect shown to customers and delivery drivers alike.

They never actually make the food the appropriate way. Every time I order something it’s wrong or so skimpy it’s borderline comical.

Tl;dr this Taco Bell Your is going to mess up your order. Take the extra 10 minutes and drive to a different location, it will be worth the time I promise
This was a very disappointing Taco Bell trip. I love Taco Bell, I really do. This was a major letdown. I got the Cantina Power bowl because I needed a protein boost and they are advertising double chicken in the Powerball so I was like oh my God that’s perfect. Not only was there very little chicken, it was less chicken than there normally would be. So much for double chicken! Just another letdown among so many from this specific location. I am going to start driving out of my way to go to any other Taco Bell because this is a waste of money
