If I could give a negative 100 I would definitely rate them low … not only is this the 3rd time this week they have messed my order up . But the costumer service is pour . Lady taking orders is very rude and gives the i don’t care attitude.. i didn’t even get them meal I ordered and still got charged for the changes I did to my meal . I get it one time maybe mess up ( cause your jobs so hard ) but to do it 3 times in 1 week ! Pour ! Should just close this place down or fire everyone here and get new employees

I recently visited McDonald’s around 1 PM during a busy lunch hour. While the food itself was good — especially the fries and the Coke — the customer service and overall atmosphere were very disappointing.

The woman who took my order, Tamika, was rude and unnecessarily rushed me, even though my order was simple. There was no reason to make a customer feel pressured for taking a moment to order.

When I pulled up to the window, there was a loud argument happening among the staff. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. It seemed like no one was focused on working, and unfortunately that negative energy was passed along to customers.

It’s frustrating because the food quality was solid, but the experience was overshadowed by poor service and lack of professionalism. I hope management addresses the staff behavior and creates a more respectful environment for both employees and customers.

Ordered curb side. It was busy when we got there, so we expected a wait. 20 minutes go by and finally I decide to walk in and check on our food because the drive thru had been empty for about 7 minutes. Our food was just sitting there. The manager was nice, but they only got one item correct. And then I didn’t check my son’s burgers because they were simply cheese and mustard. After them remaking half the order and finally getting the Dr Pepper right, we get home and the simple cheeseburgers had only ketchup. Not one single employee in this McDonald’s knows how to read apparently and it’s unfortunate.

They gave me the wrong order twice; saw two sandwiches on top and thought it was the sausage egg mcmuffins. Had to get to work, when I finally got to it, it was not what I ordered and too late to go back

I sat down with my food and a worker was watching me and asked if my fries were hot I said yes she said they don’t look full and offered to get me more to make it right. I told her she didn’t have to but she insisted. I never had that at a McDonald’s. Was pleasantly surprised

I would leave a big fat ZERO if I could. The a.m crew SUCKS!!! Drive thru line is always a long wait. 10 15 minutes. Too long to wait as you’re heading into work. They’re ALWAYS messing my orders up. The lil old lady who works Drive thru window SUCKS!!! Can’t see the menu in Drive thru for over a week. Out of most ordered menu items, do not give sauce requested. I could go on, but I do not want to hold yall up like this McDonald’s is notorious for.

This place sucks. They are always messing up. Tonight they forgot: 3 sets of fries, apple slices, apple juice, and all the sandwiches where slapped together barely wrapped. Asked for our fries and the employees tried to fight my girlfriend. Tried calling the store manager no answer. Yea if you want to spend your money to get threatened over French fries go here while you can.

Took them 5 full minutes to say anything to me at the drive thru speaker and then pulled me forward for 4 sandwiches and 2 fries and that still took about 15 minutes to get. Our orders are almost always messed up or missing food and the people aren’t very nice and when your inside they ignore you at the counter and scream back and forth to each other about random stuff and it’s not always appropriate talk. Honestly really bad location

There was a sign placed that told us the drive through wasn’t available and it was. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. When we pulled up to both windows it smelled like straight marijuana and the workers were super disrespectful.

If u go through the drive thru late at night u are taking a chance of just sitting there.i was there from 1015pm to 1045pm and nobody ever got on the speaker to take my order.there was 4 other vehicles in the drive thru n 2 that drove off.even if u do get ur order in they take their sweet time n it probably will b wrong.i Kno I can’t b the first person to experience this so why it is still happening has got to b cause management isn’t doing their job either!!
