Everytime I go to North Pekin location they never get my order correct,the food is always cold very rarely do I get hot fries. If I go through the drive thru I always have to pull forward and wait at least 15 minutes and then I still get cold food and why am I pulling forward and waiting when there is only two cars in the parking lot? I’m going to make the 15 minute drive to go to one of the other locations and hope it’s better or just stop going all together,plenty of other places to go.

The entire staff should be fired. I was the only customer, yet they took over 15 minutes to make my order while they were all just standing around. One of the employees — a Black woman — even asked me if I spoke English, and from that moment on, her attitude turned clearly racist and hostile. I was treated differently just because I’m white. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. This place is a disgrace — avoid it at all costs. Check the photo in this review to see how they treat people.

We went inside so my son could get breakfast before school as he requested. Food was good but the fountain drinks tasted watered down. I was craving a McDonald’s coke but I couldn’t get myself to drink it, it wasnt their normal flavor coke. I dumped it and tried dr pepper and it was the same way. Had two sips of that one too and tossed it on my way out the door. Wasn’t worth taking. Good service, just a little bit of a wait time inside even though it wasn’t really busy.

4 visits to this location and each time long waits, cool food, this is the type of McDonald’s store that makes people think ew. The same food too hot to eat immediately is satisfying. Soggy fries and ketchup smeared all over so you cannot touch the burger that didn’t melt its cheese, is not what McDonald’s is about.

This is the most consistently bad mcdonald’s in the area! Long wait times, wrong orders,cold food! BEWARE! They will upsell you for a larger drink without asking, just to get that extra 30 cents.. I’ll never go back. Been burned too many times

My family and I have been eating at this location once a week for years. We just got our order and every item was wrong, some items missing. Had to be Intentional. The chicken looked a bit weird and my kids all have upset bellies. We will never return. Attached is a pic of two chicken sandwiches one of which is more like a nugget. All our double cheese were single hamburgers and items missing from happy meals.

Worse customer service from Lisa in drive thru,she is totally incompetent, shouldn’t be in the service industry,won’t be returning to this McDonald’s because of her terrible Customer service and her lack of knowledge to do her job ,we left the drive Thur and went to a better McDonald’s restaurant,North Pekin needs to do better your rating is lower then any other McDonald’s in the area should tell you something.
