The employees here are mostly friendly, except for the lady who waited on me and the drive-through just now.
She handed me my bag and walked away. I’m sitting here waiting for my drink and she comes up to me and looks at me like what are you waiting for.
I said “I still need my drink and also, I ordered a sausage McMuffin with no cheese, and this is a biscuit,”.
She says “give me the bag,” no “please” or apology, just “give me the bag”.
Are you seriously gonna take that biscuit and serve it to somebody else now? Lol
Are you gonna throw it in the trash? Because you threw in the trash, I’m gonna have to say that that’s a travesty. People in America are starving right now.
Anyway…
So, she hands me a new bag with a sausage McMuffin WITH egg on it. I can’t eat eggs, I get a tummy ache.
So I told her “ma’am it’s still not right” and, again, NO APOLOGY, she just acted like **I** was the problem.
I didn’t even get a”thank you ma’am, have a nice day”.
Listen, I realize that we all have problems and might hate our jobs, but she still needs to be friendly and kind to your customers, because without them, you don’t have a job.
Also, I really wish this location would stop BURNING the edges of their English McMuffins.
I have TMJ issues and I can’t bite into hard food.
I have to rip off the burnt part, and now several bites of my sandwich are in the trash.
It’s not ok for as much as they charge for a sausage McMuffin.

Three people were in the lo by waiting for a staff member ro poke their head around the corner and address issues we were all having. Three people!
The kiosk didn’t print a receipt. Without a receipt I have no record of the transaction nor can I complete these surveys about how poor the service was here.
The employee who came to the register to help people was extremely indifferent to being in the building, but at least he did his job without a fuss. The manager, on the other hand, seemed annoyed that I asked for a receipt. As though printing a receipt was somehow inconvenient for her. Well, not getting a receipt was inconvenient for me.
I keep forgetting not to come to this McDonalds.
As I’m going through this process I remembered how much I hate coming to this McDs, and it’s been 6 months, or so, since I’ve been here.
For nearly the dame amount I could have gone to Village Inn or elsewhere and had a better experience. For less, Ai could have eaten at a gas station.

Wont be back to this mcdonalds. The manager is absolutely horrible and rude. This was my second dealing with her. When she brought out my food, I said I had ordered a sauce. Then she repeated it back to me turned and walked away. I finally went up to the counter and waited until someone finally saw me and asked for the sauce. Never saw the manager again..

A while back I got chicken nuggets from this McDonald’s and ended up with extreme diarrhea. I thought maybe it was just a me problem and didn’t think much of it. Today I went back again for food and ice cream, and I’m having the exact same issue. At this point, there’s clearly a serious problem going on here. This really needs to be addressed.

Elijah working the drive thru 5 days a week. He’s the absolute GOAT. I literally stop here just to chat on my way in to prep for my customer service gig. Elijah and crew the there always have my order hot and correct! Only missed the sauce one time in all of my visits so far so pretty darn good. Yeah I had to pull up. Wendy’s forgot the sauce. Elijah and crew never disappoint. Would recommend 100 more Elijahs.

Haven’t eaten at McDonald’s for years. My kid kept begging, and I gave in. And now I won’t be going to another McDonald’s for life. Overpriced chicken sandwich that was so over cooked and dry. One bite and spit it out. The Employees were friendly and polite. Just the food is disgusting.

I walked in mid-afternoon. 2 of 4 of the Ordering Kiosks were working. No one was at the front counter. The operable Ordering Kiosks were occupied. Someone walked in behind me. We both waited longer than it should take to order a meal. I guess the Kiosks must not be very user friendly. The guys Ordering were by themselves, so I’m assuming they were ordering for one.
I saw an employee walking around behind the counter. I asked her if I could place an order with her. She said, “Oh, they’ll be done in just a minute “. And she walked off! I looked at the guy waiting behind me, and said, “Screw this”. And I walked out. I haven’t been to Mac Donald’s in a long time. Things sure have changed. Their service used to be fast, now it’s non-existent.

Can’t open a kiosk to pay cash inside. The heck happened to Mc D’s? Wanted to pay in cash and only directed me to the kiosk. Lady could not provide feedback as to why the counter was closed. No customer service at all. Seemed rather annoyed that I asked. Won’t come here again.
