Dude what is this, I asked for a large iced caramel coffee didn’t put any caramel and only one cream in it.

Complete joke of a store. For the entire year so far EVERY time I online order I spend 5 to 10 minutes waiting at the end of my drive through even ordering 20 minutes in advance. On top of it something is ALWAYS wrong, the receipt will show correct but not the actual order. The employees are clearly and consistently too ignorant to follow basic instructions

Came here last night around 1am. The food was hot! Nice and fresh fries and the burgers were great. The workers were pleasant to deal with. Very much appreciate the experience. Usually at this time of night, you get old, cold fries and bad attitudes at fast food joints.

This is by far the worse McD’s experience. We ordered 3 Happy Meals. We have been waiting over 30 minutes. The Happy meals sat on the counter with no activity. My husband had to go up and ask if it was ours. They never called our number. It was half way put together. There are at least 15 people standing in the Lobby pissed off. The tables are dirty and we can hear the employees shouting in the back ground. We’re not sure if they are fighting or playing. One employee is shouting “stay away from over here”. My husband is now talking to another employee and for the third time they said they were going back to remake it. Remake it for the third time?!? We promised our granddaughter a happy meal and now my husband is asking to get our drinks. Employees are pissed and shouting the order numbers. This is by far the worse experience ever! We won’t be coming here EVER again.

I just tried the new McCrispy chicken nuggets and I will have to admit I really enjoyed them,they are almost as tender as a fish fillet,good flavor and no Grizzle that you would get from some restaurants that serve chicken. The fries were fresh and not overdone.

To be honest I didn’t wanna write this but it’s like every time I go to this McDonald’s something isn’t right. Whether it be from getting a large fry and it being half way full and all the fries are soggy or just straight up getting my order wrong, just went in earlier and had to wait 15 minutes for a smoothie after I was already given my food in the drive through.

Verbally abusive to senior citizens at the drive through! Employees need to be trained on seniors not hearing well and don’t talk to them in a condescending manner! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!
