As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Checkers is okay. Definitely worth trying. The best part is that it’s unique, meaning it’s not all over the place like some competitors.
The food is aight. It never looks like the picture- it’s about half the size. The food does taste good and the service is always quick.

I have been coming to this location for years, but after today, I am DONE. The quality has gone completely downhill. I ordered fries and they tasted absolutely vile—honestly, they were soggy and bitter, like someone literally relieved themselves on them. It was disgusting.
When I tried to complain, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like I was the problem. On top of that, they forgot half my order AGAIN. It seems like every time I come here lately, something is missing from the bag. I’m tired of wasting my money here. Avoid this place unless you like missing food and being disrespected

I’m from MD, but this is my first time trying Checkers. I loved the cheeseburger and fries that I had. It wasn’t greasy but moist and delicious. I’m not sure what they seasoned thr fries with, but it was on point.

This is MY GO TO FOR CHECKERS!!! Great food that’s always fresh, friendly customer service and at great prices. You just can’t go wrong with these guys! I just recently discovered if you don’t want chili on your fries and just want cheese they can do that for you at no additional cost. Just tell them you want chili fries but hold the chili, just give you the cheese on them. The stakers are great as well! I recommend the Twix Stacker! The double spicy chicken sandwich is great as well when I don’t go for their hot dogs or burgers. Give em a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Both the order taker and cashier were friendly and professional. The food was fresh, hot and tasted great. They even offered me an apple pie (as if I needed it ) which was also hot and delicious. They offered ketchup for my fries. Most places don’t do this and it’s very much appreciated!! Great job, Checkers

After writing my review, I was contacted by Checkers employee Marta (Martha?) who invited me to swing by and allow her to make up for the experience I had. Well, she definitely met and exceeded my expectations in that regard. The slushie I received today was 1 billion times better than the last one. She threw in free fries as well. This is just yet ANOTHER reason why I ❤ CHECKERS.
THANK YOU MARTA (MARTHA?), YOUR BOSS SHOULD BE PROUD!!!

Ordered a BaconZilla, XL Fries and fruit punch slushie. Everything was fine until I tried the slushie. NO FLAVOR! It’s just a cup of colored crushed ice. I was looking forward to trying it out but, I now know that was a mistake.
Then they give me an ad for a free sandwich if I complete a survey. On the paper it says…. COMPLETE RECEIPT REQUIRED. I didn’t get a receipt because I ordered through UberEats.
I don’t know what I did to deserve these problems but, I hope they fix these issues because I really do like their food….. especially the FRIES.

One of my husband’s favorite burger place! We had a quick drive-thru before going to DC for July 4th. The service was fast and we were well accomodated. The burgers and fries are so good and recommended if you’re looking for a taste from the South.
