Such potential… but mismanaged.
We had one server for eight tables running crazy and not keeping up. Three staff behind the cash register standing around and talking. One of them came out when new customers arrived and would take them to a table. No welcome or greeting just how many and taken to a table even though the server clearly could not handle any more tables.
Why didn’t one of the three people that was clearly bored and whose conversation and laughing filled our half of the restaurant come out and bus tables? Why didn’t they go around and ask people if they needed anything? Why didn’t they perform the role of a service assistant?
They were quick to correct my order when I came up to the cash register. They were quick to figure out my bill when I got tired of waiting and came up to the register but yet they couldn’t move to help any of the customers when the server was clearly working her tail off and falling more and more behind.
I just don’t understand how you could overstaff a restaurant and yet be able to provide such a poor level of service to your customers… Crazy Town.

Every time I go there, it is clean and orderly. Sometimes we are seated sometimes it’s find your own seat. Also, sometimes service is fast sometimes it’s slow. That does not matter how busy the store is. If it’s fast or if it’s slow, it’s still not dependent on how fast or slow the service is. Food is really great most of the time. The times food is not great, service is also bad enough to where I would not send it back to get fixed because it would be too much of a headache.

I did an online order for pickup. I got the boneless wings with garlic Parmesan. Last week I got the same thing & they were very dry. So at pickup I asked can I have a side of garlic Parmesan? So they put it directly on my boneless wings. It was a little more than I expected but it was yummy!

So, I never leave a bad review. In this case, I feel the need:( I ordered 20 wings with ranch n blue cheese, and an order of fries. The wings were tiny and did not have one single flat in the whole box! Two tiny sauces for all the wings. Also, the fries were cold and tasted old! Not a good experience at all! Will not be back.

Service is lacking. Cleanliness is lacking more than the service. 4 of us total. Place had a less than 5 tables. Fries came out cold and my kids wings were barely warm. There was a table full of dishes next to us that never got bussed during the entire hour we were here while several waitress were at the table next to it using their phones. Unimpressed. No tables had wipes stocked. I had to ask for them.

This is my spot while I’m at work especially when I have down time. This particular day. My waitress was okay. The food was okay as well nothing to complain about. Anyone that read post I’m . My problem I have is another waitress come with guest behind asking why I’m sweating? Now I could’ve went off but I didn’t. I choice to let to manager know about her behavior and that was totally unprofessional to ask a customer that is eating why are you sweating. Now when I got there it was warm. This waitress laugh like oh okay. I told the manager about this situation I honestly believe nothing got said to her because he look shock. I also said what if I had a medical condition that would offend another person. I said medical condition or not your staff don’t have no business saying it in the first place. I also I will be giving a review about this..

I don’t like being one to complain but the food that I had ordered for take out and picked up just a couple minutes after it was ready (chicken & fries) was old and tasted re-dipped in the fryer, the chicken was rough and chewy & the fries were chewy and just not right. I understand that they were probably busy but I spent my hard earned money on the food I had ordered and it ended up being disappointing. On the bright side, the staff was very nice and polite.

Service was good. Waitress was friendly and attentive.
The food was complete garbage. Extremely overcooked and dry wings. 3/4 of my dry rub was at the bottom of the pan instead of on my wings. Wings were so tough, my daughter couldn’t eat them with her braces. The cook was busy in the dining room watching TV instead of doing his job.

I very rarely leave reviews I am a Manager at a Restaurant and I know how it is sometimes but this was by far the worst experience ever . We walked in got seated fairly quickly our server came over got our drinks and was sat a 6 top she totally ignored us and the party had their food before she even took our order she walked passed us several times as well as other servers and no one ever stoped. My husband ask what was the wing sauces and she told us but when hissing came out they were wrong so we asked someone walking passed oh we haven’t had that sauce in weeks so you don’t even tell us just give us a replacement of what you think we would like the gentleman that delivered our food was rude when I told him we ordered wedges he brings out fries and they then put them on my bill still no server then we see her she was sat another 6 top and we knew we were never going to get refills or boxes we waited 20 mins for a check mind you the place was not busy and absolutely no team work regardless if it’s your table or not their Buffalo Wild Wings guests and should be taken care of. Never was I asked if something was wrong with my food I took 1 bite and it sat there it was cold the bread was so hard the meat was dry and our fries were cold along with the wedges I will not be going back to this location with the amount of employees that were there we should have been taken care.
