After ordering at the drive thru we waited 15 minutes in line little to no movement. There were 2 pick up windows but only 1 was being used. So much for fast food

I give this a 5 star because my two experiences with the young man at the curbside and front desk. He’s very professional, respectful, kind and great at customer service.
I give 1 star because of the manager.
I do want to point out how the manager Hispanic lady was rude in front of us costumers to her employees. Please check that woman. She was unprofessional twice to her employee in front of us. Very rude to him. I seen he did nothing wrong. She truly seemed rotten. I feel so bad for the people working there. This experience was at 12: 20p.m. 11/14/25
She has a ugly attitude and not a team player for her team at all. Mcdonalds if you care about your employees

The morning crew could work a little harder at communicating with the customer better. I was asked twice what coffee and I repeated myself iced and received a hot then when I tried to wait at the window to tell the person something she just waited for me to leave and never came back to see what was wrong. I drove off upset.

Place was a mess it’s 9:30p no customers the only one here while ordering there was smoke thick in the air like something was burning,thought ok their cleaning something while cussing playing around yelling singing ,waited 15-20 mins to get a burnt chicken burger and fries and nuggets need better management or training it was just ridiculous with these kids picking on each other .Guess my arrival was bad timing never had this issue before here

I’ve been here several times now and can now say with certainty—stay away. It is not worth waiting 15-20 minutes in the drive-through for their food after fighting to understand what is being said through their microphones. Assuming that their equipment is even working. The employees are friendly, but the service is abysmal, especially at the way the prices have crept up. Never had the term “fast food” been more misleading. Save yourself the time, money and headache and make yourself some frozen burgers from the grocery store. This isn’t worth it.

I stop going for a month because of this reason so I was craving oatmeal since I just wanted something simple for breakfast went at 5;30 am before going to work and told them please mix the oatmeal and told them for this reason and they still didn’t do it I get this really like would u feed ur own kids this or is it so much trouble to mix it and that’s because I’m sure it was a manager or a supervisor of those work because he was wearing a blue shirt

Horrible customer service today! I called several times in the morning 11/25 AND NO ONE ANSWERS! After several attempts I get ahold of an afternoon manager told me to just bring my receipt and a picture since I had to go out of town. I come in today and the manager said her higher up said she can’t remake it! McDonalds has turned so horrible not like it used to be! Especially this location constantly forgetting items and screw up the food! Not mentioning how slow they are and just park everyone to look like have faster speed of service times!

Ordered at drive thru a 10 pc and a 20 pc mc nugget and 4 dbl cheeseburgers, 4 fries, 4 drinks so after checking our order we were missing a 10 pc mc nugget. I went inside to let them know of the missing order. So she asked did you get 1 in regular box and 2 in red boxes. I said I don’t know all I know is that l’m missing a 10 pc of mc nuggets. If you’re putting mc nuggets in a red box that says mc rib on it and someone else ordered a mc rib YOU probably gave them my missing 10 pc of mc nuggets. So don’t make it look like I’m trying to get free food. I’m not leaving without getting everything that I PAID FOR.. Portland, Tx location
