Everything was great except for the prices for game tokens to play the games and the prices of the games were a little bit expensive and I took a star off for the women’s bathroom out of three stalls. Two were out of order and it was difficult waiting in line to use the bathroom with so many people here.

We haven’t had Cicis in many years. Our local one closed down pre-COVID I think and left us without one nearby. After our lunch plans fell through today while in the area shopping, we did a quick search of what was nearby, and imagine my surprise when I saw a Cicis was just 2 miles away. The restaurant was relatively clean, the staff was quick to make a pizza if you requested one (within 5 mins), and the food was pretty good.

I just wanted to give a HUGE Thank you to The Regional Manager, Store Manager and all the staff. We celebrated a Surprise 60th Birthday party yesterday June 29th and they couldn’t have made it more accommodating for us. The had my husbands favorite pizza fixed and ready for him when I showed up with him. They also had us all the supplies we needed for the cake. We had 35 of us and you wouldn’t have known. Even the gentleman who came and collected all of our dirty dishes from the bens was pleasant and Courteous! It’s hard enough to have a large party, but to pull off a Huge surprise party and feel SO Welcome can’t go unnoticed and saying Thank you SO Much!!!! I recommend them for all and any parties!!

Me and my grandkids recently went to eat here as we usually do I love the salad bar and the kids love the cinnamon rolls while we were there, there was a Hispanic lady working that wore a bandana and glasses i asked her for a special and she was nice enough but during our interaction I couldn’t help but notice something crawl out of her hair and onto her bandana at first I thought maybe it’s a gnat but as she brought the special to the counter I noticed another one on her cheek and something crawling in her hair Jesus ask us not to judge but Lord I know there were live bugs all in this girls head we finished up our food and left promptly I wouldn’t typically say something but I feel like this is a health concern for consumers as well as families hopefully they fix this soon me and my grandkids love this place

We were greeted by friendly faces. A new employee was training on the register and the trainer was very kind and patient with her. Elijah took my special order and alerted me as soon as it was up. He also made sure I knew when the fresh cinnamon rolls were up. And he was happy to add more icing when I asked. I honestly don’t think I’ve had a better experience at a Cici’s and Elijah was a huge part of that!

Pizza was fine for the most part. But for 7.99 for 5 bone in wings was overpriced and the wings were absolutely terrible. I swear an entire bucket was used to season all 5 wings separately. Not including whatever puddle it was sitting in.

The food is good just place is dirty the tables were dirty and the floor nasty, don’t forget the bathroom was even worse!! Needs better management to get that together.
