Ciara, she was very nice very kind. The store is clean. The restrooms are clean. My food was 100% good. I came all the way down from Texas all the way from Texas to get some crystals and I came to the right store restaurant so I advised anybody to come here and get their food this was awesome.

Asked for two sack full of Krystal with cheese. Then asked for chipotle patty melt. Lady at drive through told me that by the time I would get the chipotle melt that the sliders would be cold and to bear that in mind before I complete the order. Seems ridiculous they can’t time everything to come out at the same time. I was picking up a order for work and I was going to get the patty melt. Decided to get my portion of the food elsewhere. Sweet tea was pretty good

My son and I stopped here and went though the drive-thru. I’ve been eating Krystals for 30 years! This is hands down the best one I’ve ever been to. They literally have a sign that says…We don’t cook your food until you order it at the drive-thru. They mean it! I didn’t know Krystal’s burgers or fries could be so hot! It was great! We went back and ate there again today…lol. We got the same results–everything super hot!

Tonight I walked in to the trussville location around 8:12 pm and was met by the rudest nastiest staff besides the cook I had ever seen at this location. The older African American lady ( light skin) , kind of thick , heavy set, with a high up curly ponytail, had the worst attitude of them all. I was met with ,begin called , “ Baby” and a what you getting! So I asked for whatever it was I was ordering and she responds back “ Baby we don’t do tap!” At the moment I was trying to unlock my card to make my purchase. So I stopped and showed her my card . This lady stared me down until the young lady at the cash register gave me my receipt and card back. That lady made the atmosphere and my self feel very uncomfortable. I could only imagine what goes on in that place. Just know I will NOT EVER go back. I felt like I would have gotten jumped by the whole staff the way they stared me down tonight only because I was trying to grab a quick bite to eat!

Food was soggy and inedible. We had to throw it away. Burgers and fries had the consistency of sitting in water for 20 minutes before being handed to us. Not to mention 12 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks cost $34.44.

I was asked to please wait to order at 948am with no other customers there and my receipt is timestamped 956am. I patiently waited for about 8 minutes between placing my order and paying. As soon as she gave me my card I was asked to pull forward and they would bring it right out. I have screen shots of the time I left and the receipt. I pulled away without my food or refund at 1018am so about 22minutes of sitting and waiting.

I had not had Krystal burger in a long time!! Since we have one where we live I got 3. This was The worse food I’ve EVER paid for. The tiny buns were soaked with grease!!!!!!!! Taking one bite caused me to feel sick!!!!! Threw them all in the garbage!

Yikes. Not many Krystal locations in Birmingham and I was let down big time. A Tuesday at 10am. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 chiks, and a medium coke at the drive thru for $15.39. Yes, $15.39! I got on the highway and reached into the to pull out the monstrosity in the photo. Absolutely vile. It felt like someone dunked it in the dish sink. So I paid $16 for trash. I should’ve ld’ve returned and ask for a refund but I had to be across town. Check your bag before pulling out. Sigh.
Edit: Response to owner: I took your advice and contacted customer support about my issue on April 19, 2023 and, as of May 4, no one has reached out to me. I would still appreciate a refund for the monstrosity that I was served.
Update: July 19 and still no response from Krystal customer support, which as you see below is what I was told to do. I did however get a notification from Google that this review has been seen 5000 times. Whether that’s true or not, I’m unsure.
