Many people waiting a long time for food. They had a full staff working and a short drive through line, yet they choose to play with each other and order dinner on their phones while ignoring customers. Avoid this place if you want your fast food “fast”

My breakfast sandwich was a bit soggy but overall the food was great. They was very quick despite being busy and had me get to the bus stop on time. Also they care about the cleanliness of the place too. (I saw two people with mops, one was mopping the lobby floors while the other one was mopping the kitchen floors). Great location during breakfast time

Very good! I definitely recommend the $5 meal deal! My only complaint was that the guy gave us a kid sized drink instead of a small (yes, they are different sizes, with the small being larger).

Really disappointing experience at this location today.
While eating with my teenage daughter, a group of employees (one I believe was named Alexa, with curly hair) were sitting together in the dining area having an extremely loud and inappropriate conversation that carried throughout the restaurant. They were openly talking about drugs, explicit details about their sex lives, and repeatedly used offensive language…including the word “retard.”
As a disabled customer, hearing that word used casually in a public, family-oriented space was especially upsetting. Having my daughter with me made the situation even more uncomfortable. The whole experience really soured what should have been a quick, easy meal.
I understand McDonald’s isn’t fine dining, but there should still be a basic level of professionalism and awareness when you work in a place filled with families and kids. Hoping management addresses this so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

Waited 15 mins for an online drive thru order. No explanation. Then I was given cold, stale nuggets, and a very undercooked quarter pounder that was inedible. Oh, and a stale bun for the quarter pounder.
If you make someone wait for 15 mins, just give them fresh food. Nothing worse than waiting a long time for fast food only to receive old and undercooked food.

20 ppl working and orders taking forever to come out. I ordered at 1:30 and it was 1:54 when I asked about my order and they looked at me like THEY were inconvenienced. Never again. I don’t know how, but the last 4 times I’ve been to this location they’ve screwed up my order. I’ve ordered the same thing every time; Bill’s box, and two drinks. I’ve gotten someone else’s orders, gotten it with only half the items in it. I’m done. Possible it’s just bad luck, but I’m done.

This is actually a really nice looking McDonald’s. Service was great and quick food was hot and fresh as usual. Of course though it’s a McDonald’s and you get what you get when you’re at McDonald’s I don’t expect anything too great. The quarter pounder’s are by far the best burger they have available.

Corporate, please help this location !! I live in Irondequoit and I have been going to this location next to Taco Bell for quite some time.. there is a horrible drop off in the food quality and consistency.. the Fries here are like tasteless dried sticks for $4.99!! The McNuggets texture and taste are like they have been sitting out for an hour before you get them.
