This might have been one of my best burger experiences. I do love pickles and the incredible manager Lucas totally hooked me up. My burger was built with care and attention and sooo many pickles!
I hate when people just barely do their job. But Lucas went above and beyond. It was a to pleasure to hear him working with his staff, if I needed a manager I would have hired him on the spot.

Excellent food quality speed of service 5 guys crew in Parma tonight did awesome. Manager Luke was as greeting customers and thanking them for coming in . Everything looked very clean and I can spot this location is above standard being a General Manager in the food service business for 34 years. I’ve been coming here regularly for the past year, and it’s disappointing to see how much the service has declined with the new staff. They’re noticeably slower and seem to have no sense of order prioritization. I used to be in and out quickly with online orders — now it’s a mess.
Today I watched a worker deliberately fill everyone else’s bags with fries before mine, even though my order was clearly in first. It’s a shame, because this used to be one of the best-run Five Guys locations around.

Probably best to order on line though ordering inside took 7 minutes and 41 seconds. Inside dining room is open. Refills on beverages are allowed.

Burgers were ok, grilled cheese was pricy for a cheap burger bun and cheese – would not recommend the grilled cheese. Fries were plenty, and the guy giving us the food was nice and friendly.

this time it was even better then before as the guy preparing my burger layered all the extras in a way that I was able to eat this burger without making a mess and mind you I got all the extras except for . It was delicious

I love 5 guys for their fries and the extras they drop into the bottom of the bag. I went in today for a regular fri and got absolutely no extra fries. This looks like a small I’m highly upset and disappointed. This is not the first time this has happend which is why I go to other 5 guys because this one is super stingy with the fries. Second and last time coming here. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED a waist of $7 not to mention they were not friendly the first time I went in and this time as well.
