Empathetic Pleasure
The food was awesome, hot and fresh and not a long wait. The environment was clean and relaxing and the staff greeted each customer as they entered. Quenee was extremely helpful explaining how to know before ordering if something was spicy or not (check for the peppers near the entree description). She also informed me on a 20% discount I was unaware of (by becoming a Panda Rewards Member). She made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Overall I had a wonderful experience. Thank you again for doing such an incredible job!

The chow mein was seasoned right and cooked well. And the honey walnut shrimp was extremely good. The portion of food was great and overall very flavorful. However the egg roll was a little bit overcooked but other than that, everything was great.

I love this place. But for some reason the location In Casagrand ,just really let me down!!! The food just was not,the food. I always get. Do t know if the food was from the day before,or they had a new cook ,but it was not the same!! Now the location in san tan ,hunt highway, now that panda rocks

Got there around 8pm. They close at 10:30pm according to Google. Everything was pretty much empty. I ask when they will have more shrimp and steak stir fry which is a new item and I was told it will be a wait. I wouldn’t have cared except the cook is literally just standing there. The woman who served me didn’t care at all. Seemed like nobody cared.

Food was not good. Tasted as it had been sitting all day. The chow mein and super greens were chopped into small pieces which made the veggies soggy. The small chop on the chow mein made it unpalatable. They didn’t include any sauce that I asked for. No soy sauce, no teriyaki sauce, and staff was rude and disrespectful. Will not be spending my hard earned money on less than acceptable food, especially not in this economy.

Hello after starting to eat our lunch. I wanted to point out I’m not impressed at all. The egg rolls were burnt, the almond chicken was overly cooked and dried. I think I deserve a refund. I Usually buy at panda and never had this problem before.
