What a terrible Wendy’s location. Nothing like other locations and cities I have been to. Poor Dave and his legacy
Lukewarm soggy fries, quarter size over cooked nuggets and thick dry chilli…. but wait there’s more…. employee Natasha will give you too much change back and can’t count money but if your nice and try to help she gets very angry and snaps at you. No worries I’ll keep the extra cash.

Pulled up at 11:20pm. They close at midnight. Homey on the mic says they are “out of meat for the burgers and out of chicken” which is 95% of the menu. All they have are chicken nuggets. I’ve worked a kitchen. Dude obviously cleaned the grill early and only wanted to run fryer the last hour.

Staff were impatient with the guy in front of me who couldn’t figure out how he wanted to order a specific combination of food for $10. Admittedly, he was annoying, 3 Manager fixes at the register, but they should have let it go and been kinder to me. My only interaction with them was picking up my food and I was super kind because I wanted their day to go better, but they couldn’t muster a smile or a your welcome even though I thanked them for their hard work. Too bad because the food was great and my order was right and timely. Much better than the other location nearby. I do appreciate the good food.

Drive thru person was outstanding. Food was horrible, I took a bite of the fries, soggy with grease that hadn’t been changed in more than a week. I pulled over to throw up. Yuke! Open the sandwich it was worse. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young man and explained this to him. He stated the manager is aware of this. It was because of transportation issues getting the oil here. Yeah right, I’m not dumb. said I should be speaking to the manager, he then said he was the manager. I asked his name, Alexander. I said, imagine how many others got sick. This used to be a good Wendy’s, no more!!!!

I can’t believe that we spent $30 and got some really hot great food. Very respectful people there great attitudes great atmosphere. Went to peanut farm in Anchorage two days ago and spent over $100 and was not satisfied at all. I would have recommend Wendy’s over peanut farm any day.

Absolutely ridiculous. The franchise holders should not even be allowed to continue to have this franchise. In Alaska went to the Wendy’s Inn Palmer. Yesterday oh, we don’t have any frosty left. And it was 7 o’clock at night, went to the Wendy’s on Benson and the Seward highway today. Wanted to get a frosty fusion. Don’t have any chocolate frosty. I said, okay, I’ll go to the 1 on 5th Avenue. No, oreo, how do you expect to run a business when you can never have anything

Pull up to Drive Thru at 1130pm after work on my way home. Go to order and am told they are out of beef for everything, and then we tried to order a chicken sandwich and was told they couldn’t do that either. If you are open everything on your menu should be available otherwise what is the point of being open????? Worst Wendys ever and I didn’t even get to eat there!!!!!

If you want a spicy chicken sandwich and a frosty chocolate shake then you need to stop by Wendy’s before you drive home. This Wendy’s is a great location for those of you that commute to the valley, but the 5th Ave traffic is horrible. At peak times (4-5 PM) the drive-thru is completely full, so park and go inside. While the spicy chicken sandwich only takes seconds to complete the frosty chocolate shake could be out-of-order or take a minute or two to finish. The dinning area is relaxing with a television to watch the news.
