As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Caution…objects are SMALLER than they appear in ad at drive thru!
The $5 meal is a ripoff …the double burger is small and so disappointing.
The entire meal, including fries & turnover fits in the smallest bag they have…
If disgusting & disappointing is what you’re after, this is the perfect choice for you!
UPDATE: See the response….just as disappointing and lame as the meal was. “step up our game”…really? Do you think anyone wants a burger in the photo that looks like what you served, as opposed to what you have the giant advertising photo that isn’t at all what it really looks like?

I don’t normally give reviews especially bad ones but this is the worst fast food restaurant in plant city. The employees are so rude and unfriendly. I told this girl thank you and she rolls her eyes and slammed the window. I order garlic parm fries and the just cover bacon cuz fries with the garlic sauce. Last time I went there I just thought maybe the girl was having a bad day because my self as a server at IHOP I know I have bad days. But apparently she just hates people or her job. I will never go back to this checkers and have someone be so rude to me again. She obviously aloud to act unprofessional. Someone needs to train their employees to have better customer service. So now I have garlic parm cheddar bacon fries. I wish I could leave 0 stars!!!!

Worse experience ever. Went to the drive thru the other day with my husband, and upon waiting for a person at the intercom.. a lady with a foreign accent said “hi what would you like to order” I told her that “Before I order, I will be using the mobile app.” In a very loud and clear voice. She then said. “Sorry, what you say?” I then repeated my order, louder and clearer. Then she kept saying “What?” And it kept going on for nearly 5 minutes. The last straw was when she said “Are you ready to order?” I got fed up and told her “Not if you’re gonna keep acting like you can’t hear me.” I then heard her clear as day saying “I can hear you I can hear you” which means this whole time she was playing games because I used that same tone of voice whenever I ordered… So I backed out, and went to another restaurant instead.

In my experience, the Plant City location is usually pretty on-point. The walk-up option to order at the front can be a little bit of a wait, depending on when you go, as the drivethru generally seems to get priority; so bear that in mind.
I go pretty consistently after work, as it’s one of the few options in-town that’s actually open late, so that’s a plus.
I will say, as of late they seem to have stopped brewing sweet tea really early considering they close at 2 a.m.; I’m talking no tea at like 8-9 o clock. Would like to see that stretch to maybe an hour or two before close at the earliest.

i go here during lunch breaks and every time i’m waiting almost 10 minutes before i’m even acknowledged at the window. zero cars in the drive way and the workers glance at me but never approach or say anything. my lunch break is over by the time i get back and im hoping writing this review will make a change. it’s convient and close by until it isn’t with how long the wait is

Whoever was working here tonight needs to find new jobs. I ordered through door dash and the sandwiches that were made were deplorable . No toppings one one… no BBQ on them all since they were the Glos sanwiches the onion fries on the burger were hard . Just given old food the bread was ripped and torn and the meat wasnt even on the bread… I will be filing a complaint with corporate . Yal robbed me for my 50.00 order!! This isnt the first time either .. Go find you somewhere that serves fresh food.

This is what they handed me “fresh”. Also I ordered barbecue. Not Buffalo. I don’t want to get back in this 8 car long line and wait another 30 minutes, so I’ll just eat them even though they’re hard as rocks.

We just went recently in the drive thru, and our food was hot and fresh. We ordered cheeseburgers, mozzarella sticks, and a soda. We frequent this location, and every time it has been great!
