I ordered my food ahead and waited until the pick up time to go inside. Little did I know that they are understaffed and that I would have to wait a total of 50 minutes for my food.

Usually when my husband goes here he goes through drive through and when he gets to the food window and the guys working drive through always tell him to back up in between windows (so it stops the timer or something and they walk off with his card out of view) so today we decided to go inside to order so we didn’t have to deal with that. The ladies working today were lovely. Very friendly and professional. Much better experience. We recommend to everyone going to this location to just park and go inside. Thank you for the better service today

Slowest Taco Bell in Henry county. They don’t have a sense of urgency either. Ordered 4 items why is it taking 30 mins. My food wasn’t even hot long as it took too. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund. Corporate will be called and the manager was rude and decided to just shut down the whole store. Sad when customers have to call the cops to get a refund I will be calling corporate.

The food is good….. but that is it!
Service takes anywhere from 15min-45min+ rather you mobile order or order in person. Which defeats the purpose of mobile ordering!
I also hate the fact that when ordering online there is no way to order a sweet tea only an unsweetened tea, so if you want a sweet tea, you have to order unsweetened then ask them to swap it when you get there. (TACO BELL FIX THIS)
The purpose of mobile ordering is to increase convenience and speed for customers and improve efficiency and sales for businesses by allowing orders to be placed and paid for digitally, anytime and anywhere. This streamlines the ordering process, reduces wait times, and can lead to higher revenue through increased sales, improved accuracy, and the ability to offer loyalty programs.
With that being said, it should not take 45 minutes for me to get my online order! It should not take 20min or 30min or even 10min.
When I place an online order, and arrive within a reasonable timeframe, my order should be ready to be picked up. I should not have to wait for my order to made upon my arrival. This isn’t how mobile ordering works.
Stopping people at the first window to keep your time down, is also not very professional or does it make sense. Let’s do better!
Let’s fix the online ordering to be able to order sweet tea please and let’s speed up service!

This Taco Bell always has some sort of excuse. They try to cheat their system that tracks how quickly they get orders out by holding you at the first window and don’t send you forward until the food is ready which is not quick, don’t know why they call it fast food.
Tonight, since they seem to hire the best of the best and there’s only two of them because God forbid a manager come in to help out when they need to they are prioritizing DoorDash over the people that actually pull into their drive-thru. If you don’t have DoorDash tonight and you go through their drive-thru you can just forget about eating there.

Today I went through the drive thru at Lake Dow Taco Bell .. and to my surprise I didnt know what I was getting myself into! Once I got to the menu board I was asked politely to hold as the kind woman prepared the meal for the cars ahead. Once I ordered my melts she promptly told me to be patient please because she was literally the only one working, taking orders, and making food! All this while taking payments from BOTH windows! As soon as I heard the emotion from her statement I felt a sense of peace. Not only did I know my food would be prepped and served on a timely manner, but I also knew my food was about to SHMACK ! I did not catch her name, but she knows who she is and I am VERY PLEASED with her performance, service, and overall sincerity. Taco Bell this hard working, determined, and punctual worker needs a promotion or something because it takes a true WARRIOR to do what she did & is currently doing. Phenomenal food. Thank you so much you awesome soul!

Taco Bell Corporate – please don’t ever let one person work the entire restaurant by themselves! I was in line for an hour, one because I couldn’t get out and the other because only 1 employee (a lady named Kayla “K” for short) is working by herself during lunch time and she is handing the drive thru window, the lobby and cooking the food! While I commend her dedication and selflessness, it’s selfish to have not provided her support. She deserves the other workers pay and a BIG raise!
I recommend that she close it down for the day. God bless her! But TB, do better! This young lady deserves 5 stars because she cooked the food fresh and she has excellence customer service skills. The 1 star is because Corporate and Management needs to make changes. This is not acceptable on all levels.

This location is consistently disappointing. The staff are slow, disorganized, and the store is almost always out of basic items. It’s clear that there is little to no managerial oversight, and it shows in every aspect of service.
During our recent visit, we waited an excessively long time in the drive-thru line just to place an order. The young lady taking orders over the intercom never returned to the window, leaving multiple customers, including us waiting endlessly. At least three cars, including ours, eventually drove off. Some customers had already placed orders but left without paying simply because no one followed up at the window.
It feels like the staff can’t anticipate or project customer needs. Supplies are often depleted, and whether that’s due to poor ordering or staff mishandling/eating products themselves, it’s trifling. The lack of structure and accountability will cost Taco Bell both customers and revenue.
Taco Bell on Hwy 81 in McDonough is open until 3 am but out of supplies by 2:00 p.m. is crazy work. ♀️

jaylen and brian were amazing, fast ordering and amazing food delivery. I thanked both of them multiple times before leaving, usually when i go to taco bell the service was slow but these two really put the pep in the step. Highly recommend
