This is NOT your ordinary Mexican restraunt with the thin slices of steak that all taste the same no matter which Mexican you go to.Garcias steak fajitas are very nicely seasoned thicker steak. The taco salad is super flavorful. You will not be disappointed if you stop and try this little gem. The wait staff and cooks are so pleasant and on top of things. You will not be disappointed

The Chile Rellano here I just tried for the first time, because I was a little apprehensive over the chicken and pecans in it – but let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! This was my favorite part of my meal, a big ole Chile well stuffed with cheese, chicken, and pecans, egg dipped and topped generously with a tasty sauce with onions, man was it good. Not an overwhelming amount of chicken or pecans, just enough to put a real good twist on a regular Chile rellano, which I’ve always been obsessed with, but anyhow the rellano here, we really like them! I’ll definitely be ordering it again. Normally we just get Cheese enchiladas rice and beans -and the last few times the enchiladas seemed more cold and dry- they need more sauce on them, if they could fix that they’d be terrific.

Not busy for a 1 pm lunch. Server came right away, took our drink orders, then gave us time to read the menu. Very good selection. Food was well made and plate presentation nice. I had spinach and shrimp with rice and beans. My friend had chicken flautas. Enjoyable meal.

Garcia’s in Franklin TN (Hwy 96) is not your average Mexican restaurant! A pleasant atmosphere invites one to a wonderful occasion. The food is served with style and exceptional flavors! You will wonder why Mexican food all these years couldn’t have been this good?

We were looking for some good Mexican food on our trip home, and the Hotel recommended Garcias. We were NOT disappointed! Welcoming responsive service, good margaritas (we had a Skinny & Organic), flavorful entrees with a just right kick. Easy in the wallet, too! This might be a routine stop on our annual trip now, it was that good.

My cousin, kids and me were in town hanging out and decided to have lunch, we picked Garcias, its was so good!! The salsa was very fresh along with the chips, I ordered veggie Fajitas which didnt disappoint at all. Not alot of vegan options but worth the chips, salsa and veggie fajitas!!

We are somewhat biased in expectations having spent some time in south Texas, but these are the best steak fajitas we’ve found in the greater Nashville area. Steak quality, seasoning and the tortilla are what makes a fajita in my eyes. While the tortilla is not in-house, it’s still very good. The steak is a very good quality and tender and cut right. The seasoning is spot on.

Save your money and just go to Chuy’s!
This place is overpriced (over $100 for four people) and the food quality is “mid” at best. Occasionally, we are forced to go here because our extended family loves this place for nostalgic reasons. Overall, the food is just okay (not worth the price), the restaurant itself is badly in need of remodeling and they have this extra charge if you a group of more than six people. The best thing I can say about this place is that they serve Topo Chico but other than that, I would say head to Chuy’s for better food, ambience and a much lower ticket price

Service was a bit slow, but the food made up for it. Outside seating was lovely and bugs/flies were at a minimum. We split the ceviche and the tropical fajitas. I went with the corn tortillas, and it really went well with the sweetness of the pineapple. Topo Chico available for you mineral water snobs. Definitely be back.

It was a fun little stop for a birthday dinner with friends. The staff very well organized and friendly. We actually saw a lot of people we knew inside the restaurant. All in all a great experience. The food was super tasty and and margaritas as the proverbial icing on the cake.
