It all started with them wanting to charge extra for changing from chicken to ground beef l. Then my dragonfruit fresca turned to a strawberry fresca which tasted spoiled. I tried for lemonade it was just water, I tried for Mt. Dew Baja midnight it was just soda water with the slightest purple. I paid for the soft shell taco to be a supreme they only added sour cream and they didnt give us any sauce. When I talked to them abpit the drinks they never even apologized just said its not their fault that the trucks tomorrow.

It’s the worst place ever! As soon as I walked in, people were complaining about the kiosk use only and how 1 was not working right. Place my order at the kiosk 2 large drinks about 10 minutes pass, still no cups, no acknowledgment, no cups, or anything. 1 by 1 I watched them bring customers orders and you could’ve seen the looks on those customers faces something wasn’t right or the wait was too long.after a few more minutes had passed I just left. I definitely won’t be back to this TACO BELL.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They have the worse service ever. Workers are so unprofessional. Store be empty as hell yet you always waiting on your order. Guaranteed to be pulled up in drive thru to fool timers even though there is no other customers. This location is horrible. Save your time and money and go else where.

The young man at the front counter was so nice. So patient and sweet when my kids asked him questions. Helpful to other guests using the kiosk to order. Stayed calm and respectful when a rude doordasher was getting frustrated.

I arrived at this Taco Bell at 9:44 AM on a Sunday, planning to place an order and pick up Uber Eats deliveries. According to the posted hours, they were supposed to be open at 9:00 AM, but the doors were locked.
There were two other customers already there, frustrated and complaining because they also couldn’t get in. None of us understood why the restaurant was still closed almost 45 minutes after opening time.
An employee was inside, and instead of coming to the door or providing any kind of explanation, he just made a hand gesture as if to tell people to go to the drive-thru. No words, no sign on the door, nothing. I only figured out that the drive-thru was open after the other customers left and I noticed his gesture, but this is not how a business should communicate with its customers.
If the lobby is closed for any reason, there should be a clear sign on the door so customers don’t waste their time standing outside confused. Communication matters, and this was completely unprofessional.
Taco Bell, do better.

I only go through the drive thru but the service has been really pretty good for a while!!! mostly nothing missing for my meals usually!! Works are friendly… Bring the chicken nuggets back with the sauce!!!

Not sure what these other bad reviews are about BUT LET ME TELL YOU… Place was absolutely clean compared to other Taco Bell’s .Food came out pretty fast,Not sure if the lady that kept coming to check on us was the manager but if she’s not ,Taco Bell should DEFINITELY hire her for an upper position.Since the moment we walked in they greeted us and made us feel comfortable, it’s like you walk in and the vibes are awesome, she made sure our order was correct and check on us(including making conversation with us and making us laugh).Honestly I am TRULY surprised.WILL DEFINITELY be going back.
