Update. I was taking hubby to Dr appt so i dropped in the Seymour Dunkin and they fixed me a new Triple Mocha. Perfect. I updated my rating.

Terrible people. Ordered a Carmel latte and they hand me a cup of straight black coffee so we pulled back around to ask them to fix it, so they hand us 3 packs of sugar and a splash of Carmel in a cup and told us to fix it ourselves. The same people that ask for a tip just to stand infront of them and do nothing. You guys seriously need to consider re staffing we will not be back.

Menu board has the prices so small of a type face as to be illegible. Probably intentional so you can’t read the prices.

Why does the Dunking in Kodak charge $3.91 for my large coffee with 5 creams and an “Old” guy discount and the Dunking here charges me $4.13…. I git the same at both. Why the difference in price ??

The donuts I received were so bad. I purchased a dozen of mixed in the drive thru. They were old. For $17 plus dollars they were awful. I’ve bought better at Krogers. So so sad!

I asked for two of the new Bacon Avocado Toast as well as a Chicken Biscuit sandwich. I got a cold slice of bread with avocado spread on it; no seasoning or bacon anywhere to be found, and the chicken biscuit was instead a burnt croissant. There was no issue or miscommunication at the speaker either… this place has been consistently getting orders wrong for the past 2-3 months now. Be sure to check your orders before you drive away or tip!

Workers are rude.
They rushed me the whole time I was ordering, I got the breakfast sandwich and it was completely cold even everything that came on it.
My caramel iced coffee was way too sweet and they added a lot of sugar that settled at the bottom so my first drink was nothing but sugar.
