I have not been to Mc Donald’s in almost a year, but did do today, after the much talked about McCrispy.
First let me say that the best employees in the world work here. I pulled up on a very cold Florida night and was shocked as how attentive and patient they were me. I also had their app on my phone, but it wouldn’t work, so they were taking me through it.
Back to the food…. The sandwich is really good, I had it with the best fries in the world and paired it with a bubbly Coca Cola! A fountain drink really hits different! My first soda in a long time.
Lots of food for $8.76…. Tax included.
I can’t believe I’m saying this… but I can’t wait to be back! I want another chicken sandwich.. lol!!!

Staff at the windows are great. BUT!! I got the totally wrong sandwich. Called them and asked them to bring the correct one across the street. They did. Completely wrong again. A for effort, but you only offer one sandwich as the value breakfast. How can you get it wrong twice? Let’s do better.

I ordered a Large Quarter pounder meal and a large banana smoothie off of the app which shows that you get monopoly pieces with these items and shocker when I get there theirs no monopoly pieces on these items. So I ask the cashier hey there’s supposed to be monopoly pieces on these items. The cashier girl says no there isn’t any at this location on these items. So I pull out my phone and go to the app to show her that in fact yes there should be monopoly pieces on these items. She tells me there’s nothing they can do about it. She’s getting very agitated and rude at this point. Then she yells for the manager to come over. He comes over and regurgitates the same thing she says. I show him that on the app these items should have monopoly pieces on them and he says I don’t know why they say that but it doesn’t come with monopoly pieces. So I ask could you just give me an empty container that has a monopoly piece on it and he says no I can’t do that. So basically there’s false advertising going on, duping people into buying these items thinking they are going to get monopoly pieces when there isn’t any on them. If I could give 0 stars for service I would. The cashier girl was very rude and angry. I bet I wasn’t the only one asking her why half my items were missing monopoly pieces. The food wasn’t very good either.

I understand that they might be short staffed or even busy but the cashier’s attitude was belittling and supercilious. Yet the sparkles in her hair just gave her a childlike appearance. I figured she just had some growing up to do.I got a different cashier the second time and Mandy was amazing. She took pride in her job and made going back there easier.

They messed my order up before I even paid for it. Go to window number 2 after confirming and paying at the first window. They messed it up again corrected them again and then was told to pull to a spot. I was sitting there for 20 ish minutes before I went inside. I was standing there for at least 5 minutes before they even acknowledged me. Explained I didn’t get my order. At all and they didn’t have it in the back so I had to wait even longer to get my food. I wouldn’t go back to this location

This place has atleast 2 awful staff members. I did my NORMAL often order and went to the first window to pay. I waited a couple of minutes, long enough for 2 people to get their food and go, Noone else in front of me but the line behind me was getting really backed up. Nobody opened the window, so I pulled forward. The young lady at the 2nd window opened up and went to hand me the drinks. I said “I didn’t pay”. So she helped by taking my payment. The girl at the 2nd window was nice and friendly, but another lady walked up and was talking with her about me not paying. I said “sorry I was there for a while and nobody acknowledged me, so I got confused ” at that point I figured maybe #2 was taking payment and food. She immediately got defensive and in a nasty tone started listing what “jobs” they had, excusing the #1 lady not opening the window. Listen 1st I don’t care what you do. 2, I’ve been to too many to count mc Donald’s and have been often. I have NEVER waited minutes without atleast someone opening the window and quickly telling to me Give them a minute. So I don’t appreciate an attitude over A CONFUSION. I think it was a MANAGER that got rude and if so, you need a different job.

Ana Bella was extremely rude and had a bad attitude the entire time we were there. She was dismissive, spoke to us disrespectfully, and ultimately did not give us our food. The behavior was unprofessional and frustrating. very annoying and disruptive, making the experience even worse. Overall, the service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place based on how we were treated. She was kinda bad tho

Been thru several times… always a horrible experience. They never get the order correct and the never fairly go back and forth on the split drive thru setup. Very frustrating.. don’t think I am coming back here… there is another down the road

Extremely bad service! We ordered a new Grinch Mill! They didn’t give me a box with the Grinch, they just threw everything into a regular bag! When we asked where Mil and the Grinch were, we were told that he was in the bag under the other bag! When we got home, they sat there and didn’t even put our socks in! My child was upset! I don’t recommend this McDonald’s, and this isn’t the first time they’ve tried to put in an order!
