I ordered two meals from the drive thru. One of my orders forgot to order sauce. I asked at the window for the order (mom of two kids) and they refused to give me sauce because they can’t “charge me at the window.”
It’s McDonald’s? If we order a meal we should be able to get sauce… never experienced that before.

To begin with, I want to express that I am a 43-year-old man with a wife and children, and I have never felt more disrespected than during my late-night visit to this establishment. Firstly, the prices on their menu seem to be higher than those at any other location in the greater Lansing area; they are indeed elevated. When I arrived at the drive-through to place my order, I received the usual greeting. However, when I asked about the price of a specific item, I was met with an aggressive and extremely disrespectful tone from the gentleman taking my order. It’s important to note that I did not raise my voice; I merely asked for the price of a particular item. I responded with, ‘Excuse me!’ The gentleman repeated his condescending tone in a rude and disrespectful manner. At that moment, I felt anger rising and asked him, ‘Who do you think you’re talking to?’ His reply was, ‘Have a good day, get out of my drive-through.’ The level of disrespect I experienced was truly unimaginable.
I should also mention I tried to call the restaurant to speak to the manager and no one answered the phone after two calls definitely going to be calling Corporate. I am not one of those people to do something like this under normal circumstances, but their behavior was unacceptable.

Unless you pull up to drive thru, do not order delivery, Staff at this location always forget to bag items and if you order via doordash you will lose money. Management doesn’t care if you call to complain they will push the issue to DoorDash and not fix their problem with remembering to bag food.

First time to order from this McDonalds branch and everything was perfect. I got the order on time and everything I ordered was there. The big Mac was tasty and the nuggets were fresh. They added ketchup and napkins. The order was right so 5 stars.

I paid a few dollars extra for quite a few sauces and received none of them not even the complimentary ones were in the bag and that goes for all 4 different orders that came from my car. They were rude and shut the window directly after shoving our bags at us. Never go here it is actually a scam, they make per hour there’s no reason to be stealing our items. All the employees made it clear they hate working there, but isn’t it their choice?? I’m just looking for a reason why someone cause be so bad at like the easiest job.

Customer service is trash. Guy on the speaker was rude to my son today while he was ordering. Pulled off and would never recommend this place. Especially the late night shift around midnight. Horrible. Would give it a 0 if I could.

Never had an issue with the food, but any time I’ve been in here the employees and management have all struck me as rude, standoffish, and not particularly attentive. I’m more than willing to drive a bit further and go out to Okemos instead to be quite honest.

I rarely get fast food and the last 3 times I have ordered here I’ve ordered 2 mcchickens with pickles and bacon added and all 3 times I’ve not had pickles or bacon added. It even says it on the pakcage. How can you be that bad? I feel like I deserve compensation at this point, like damn this is the worst McDonald’s.
