This location is generally good. Multiple employees including the manager?/owner? seem friendly. The orders are normally tasty and correct, but it’s not uncommon for sauces/extras to be forgotten.

I gave one star because all of the employees are completely incompetent and ignorant you ask for 1 thing, and they bring you something completely different no matter how many times you ask them to fix it, they continue to mess it up i ordered a cherry lime, made with blue raspberry and nerds in it. And they brought me a cherry limeade with lavender flavor in it. Twice and that’s not what I asked for because i’m allergic to lavender so it wouldn’t make sense for me to ask for it and then both times the drink had hardly to no ice in it and I asked for extra ice. I think corporate needs to come in and drug test. Everybody that works in there because every time I go up there, they mess up my order.
And then act oblivious to the fact so anybody that’s craving sonic, if I were you, I wouldn’t go to that one unless you want your order messed up multiple times

My entire order was wrong and when I asked the girls to correct it, they got so mad. I wasn’t rude or anything, just direct. My food came out smashed and burger was covered in mustard. So much for friendliness and customer service. Rude.

I ordered online and asked for no jalapenos on my super sonic burritos and what did I get jalapenos. I ordered sweet tea and what did I get unsweetened tea. I recommend not ordering online because those people can’t read.

May 10th 2025. Bit into a chicken sandwich and felt something hard…. turned out to be a green plastic bread tie. It was inside my sandwich like a pickle. Thats how you lose a good customer.

It’s fast food — but it wasn’t fast or food.
My tea was just them hitting a bunch of buttons on the machine — or they need to clean their lines. My chicken sandwich was fried so long it didn’t have chicken left in it. My kids shake was right so there’s that.

This is not the first time this has happened to me , my food seems to always be smashed or all in the wrapper . This is not a good way to keep customers coming back at all , I call and speak to the managers but it continues to happen .
