Ordered the vegan tacos and vegan burrito. When I arrived, no one greeted me. Everyone was in the back but I could see that they saw me. When I got home, we noticed the guacamole was completely black. That is so disgusting and I don’t know what made them think it was a good idea to give this out to people. I’ll never return after this.

Sent an email to the company with the information they requested. Haven’t heard anything in two weeks. I at least expect a refund if I have to send an email for the terrible food and customer service

Been looking forward to try this place… And I’m sure the ratings do not tell a false story, but our experience with your chorizo was disappointing… I almost exclusively eat chorizo only when I go out to Mexican restaurants… Experiencing your chorizo breakfast burrito which the flavor seemed to be there, but the chunks of fat and gristle that we couldn’t chew and ended up on our plate was not good. My wife didn’t finish her burrito.. and then I ended up chewing on a chunk of bone that could have broke a tooth.
Also online ordering forced a tip onto my receipt. I would not recommend that.. tips are earned.

Best burritos in town!
Absolutely love their breakfast burritos — they’re huge, delicious, and worth every bite. The flavor is amazing, the price is unbeatable, and it’s easily my favorite spot for breakfast in town. Highly recommend if you’re craving a real burrito done right!

I ordered Uber eats after working 17hrs. Spent $50 on 1 taco salad and got the buy one get one free enchiladas, which is a great deal. However there was more peppers than actual meat in anything, like huge chunks of peppers. My taco salad was just a box of mush, I understand that it will get soggy but this was beyond uneidable.

The morning crew is amazing I can always guarantee that I get fresh food however the night crew I can not say the same thing. The service is really bad they blast music while taking orders leading to incorrect items. I always am missing items when I go at night I get having some music going when you’re cooking but if you can’t take the order correctly and keep asking for the customer to repeat themselves it’s an issue. The quality of the food is not good at night anymore. I’ve gotten meat that I can tell is old along with fries that absolutely should not be severed to the public. This isn’t a bad place to go but management needs to be better at night

Havent been here for a while forgot how good it is. Got the birria burrito and a horchata both were super good and came out to like 16.50. Last time i went to a truck they charged me 18 for just the burrito no tip. Burrito was heavy on the meat, the small horchata was more than i needed. Love that theyre open 24/7. Interior/vibe is somethingnive been missing since all the other 24 hour restaurants died.

I learned about Alibertos thru ubereats because they always extra load up their orders, but realizing that they are a drive thru open 24/7 is revolutionary. The birria fries are absolute gold and the chimichanga is great too. Fabulous prices, enormous selection, generous helpings. Kind drive thru person. A gem.

Convenient because they have a drive thru, but they are slow (20 – 30 minutes sometimes!). Flavorful but occasionally I don’t get the right order, still good food though. Presentation of the food is not gorgeous, but its fresh, you gotta have faith. Usually pretty freshly cooked. I wouldn’t get food online from here.
Always purchase in person or drive thru, because the food is at its best quality fresh. Their prices are somewhat affordable. Aliberto’s is not amazing but it hits the spot when I’m low on money and the location is convenient. It’s very average.
Also: The drive thru could use a redesign but I don’t think they have control over that bit. The turns are tight and their speaker system is very old. Exiting can be a bit sketchy as well.
Fun Fact By the way: Avocados oxidize over time (like apples), when they’ve been exposed to the air, so the guacamole can look dark, but it’s not gone bad. Usually oxidation can be delayed with lemon or lime juice, but if the storage temperature is cold, then they oxidize anyway.

I was really looking forward to eating these birria nachos. When I took a bite, I tasted something rancid, earthy, and bitter. I instantly spit it out. I understand this business is open 24 hours but, the ingredients should be fresh. Other reviewers have pointed this issue out, with stale ingredients. I don’t know if it was the meat that was stale, because you can’t visibly tell.
I ordered a bean and cheese burrito which was good, but I was scared to finish it after the incident with the nachos as I didn’t want to get sick.
