I was so shocked to be treated kindly again at a fast food restaurant. The lady had on a cute uniform and was taking in orders right and left while being kind and gracious. Even though I have ordering anxiety. I hope no customer ever mistreats her .and the hamburger was great even though I don’t care for fast food.we were so hungry after the national park tour and walk through Vicksburg that it hit the spot. Also the frosty a!! As always. The only thing I come for!

Horrible service & Food try to talk to the manager and immediately was greeted with and attitude and talk down on me as if I messed up my order and said she was not going to Fix a “M-F Thing.” I will reach out to corporate above the owner on the establishment. All the food was cold and out of three whole meals and two side items. I got the 3 sandwiches of the meals 1 fry that was the wrong size and missed the 2 4pc nuggets on the side and the sauce.
I know it is fast food and fast food service is going down the drain but atleast do better and not come to work and stop wasting company money and time!

I went to this Wendy’s and placed an order for take out. After twenty or more minutes, I still hadn’t received my order. The associate at the register for take out or dine in, was very nonchalant. He seemed as if he didn’t want to be there. After ten more minutes, I requested a refund for my order. I will definitely not return to this Wendy’s after the breakfast hours. The shift that covers the breakfast, is way better at knowing and doing there the job. I was very disappointed and I will not patronize this Wendy’s during the evening shift. I will also post this on facebook.

I went through the drive thu ordered 2 spicy 10 pc nuggets , from the time I ordered and got to the pay window was 25 min. Got to the pay window and waited the cashier never open window to take my money. Line car in front of me put off so I assumed they are taking money at the pick up window. Get there then they tell me I’ll need to pull in a waiting area for my order. I refused to pull ahead, because of the wait had already experienced. Manager came to the window told me she refused to take my payment and she called 911. Horrible experience over 2 pack of nuggets.
I have no problem pulling up had I already not been waiting.
I have never be treated so hateful at a Wendy’s restaurant as I have this one.

Mold on my bun, employee immediately apologized and threw all buns out and got a new batch.. She made a new burger and apologized again; handled it well.. Food is great love the team, but may have to inspect before devouring from now on.

We pulled up in the drive thru and decided we wanted to go inside instead because the line was 5 dead. We could not get out of line because of the curb on the driveway and 4 cars were behind us. It took 15 minutes to order and another 10 to get our 2 frosty cups . I will never go to the drive-thru again. Once your in line your stuck if there are cars behind you…

The person on the counter was stretching to do TOO MANY THINGS, and it was very obvious. She didnt take our order right, so then it was OBVIOUSLY WRONG. And she had a pretty bad attitude.

I’d like to say after waiting 40 mins in line last night that I had a good experience. The young lady who took the order rushed me to complete it by cutting me off & asking if I’m done twice, the manager just held the items I ordered like a baseball pitcher, really fast & rushing. He Facial expression read the same, as if I were holding the line up trying to check my order. I asked if she was having a good night, that’s when her demeanor softened a little. The only person who did not look or act bothered was the young man who took my money. On top of being in line for so long, I just knew the food would be hot and fresh. NOT! Cheese wasn’t melted, lukewarm meat & nuggets, cold buns & fries. I understand the associates may be tired after a long day. I showed respect with “yes ma’am, please” but it wasn’t enough for the order takers attitude to change.

Place was dirty. Employees were lazy and they had off duty employees in pajamas walking behind the counters and in the food. Nasty as hell! Bathrooms were disgusting.
