Came for Valentine’s Day, waited 50 minutes for our table and it was totally worth it. We each got Flo’s Filet (6oz & 9oz) with loaded baked potatoes and caesar salad. Food was fantastic and steaks were cooked wonderfully and seasoned perfectly. Loaded baked potatoes were also great. Wyatt was our server an he was super nice, attentive, and overall just a great server! I ordered an Old Fashioned and he handled it with better care than most delivery drivers do. Food didn’t take too long either considering it was, again, Valentine’s day. 5/5 would recommend!

Cleaner bathrooms would be great. As well as we want this to be a fun, high-energy place. Let your personality show when being a server. When doing so it makes the shift more enjoyable you and a better experience for guests. This restaurant and server did not meet our expectation , we love the Baton Rouge location a will be sticking to that location from now on. Kinda disappointing we wasted our anniversary here ♀️.

I’ve ate here several times and the steak were good. Today i had the worst experience ever today of all days Mother’s day. Steak was awful it had the worst smell. The booth we were seated in smelt like they wipe it down with a old sour dish rag. We asked to be moved the manager said we would have to get back in line and wait to be seated again. Thanks to our waitress who went and talk to the manager again to move us cause she smelt it to. When we complain about the food the manager came to take our complaint and left and never returned. So our waitress came back to check on us .we let her no the manager never came back.so she went talk to her again.and she came back and told us that they weren’t going to charge us for the meal.i think the manager was very rude. I don’t remember the waitress name but she was the best .better than the manager. She need to be the manager. 05/11/25

I cannot begin to express how disappointing this experience was. Ordered ToGo and was told it would be ready at 5:33. Showed up on time and checked in. Walked in after waiting for 25 minutes to see the restaurant was maybe half full. Waited another 10 before anyone spoke to me. Finally received order (no “sorry it took so long”, etc) and headed home to a hungry wife and son. Got home only to realize that the order was incomplete. Not going back to pick it up due to a 20-25 minute round trip. Sit down with what food we do have and the steak is overcooked (maybe because of the wait), ribs are dry like they were done yesterday, the brussel sprouts were soggy, and the fries were cold. Called the restaurant to complain about the missing food and they refunded the cost of the 2 sweet potatoes not included in the order. All of this hassle and frustration and disappointment for $73 (including a 10% tip) so 3 people could eat. Thanks for giving us one less restaurant to choose from when we order out in the future. Bread was pretty good.

Although am a big fan of this place, custom service has been horrible. Their lamb chops and steak are awesome. Every trip I have made here in the past year has been terrible. Tonight like every night when I come here I make sure to asked for fresh bread and to please make sure is right out the oven. Bread come but it’s not hot and it’s hard, so we ask for more. We was told by the waiter that she put it back in the oven herself so she know it’s hot. Well ma’am that’s why it’s hard and still not hot. Please bring some fresh bread, well she don’t know if they have any. Well I’ll wait for so fresh bread. Again no fresh bread. Now top it off when I receive my salmon, potato, Mac and cheese, the only thing come out hot is the salmon. I sit there 20 minutes had to flag another waiter down to get some assistance. So when waiter finally come out I address the food being cold, she take it brings the same food back out. Mind u potato still cold. So another lady comes out asking what wrong, well ma’am food still cold. She walk away saying LORD…I call her back asking what’s her problem because I should be the one with the problem and I’m not sending my food back for a 3rd time… now send me my bill for food I owe you for…still left me sitting there another 15-20 to make my payment…just horrible..oh not to forget they tried to seat us at 2 dirty tables the 3rd finally was clean…

Just left. We were going to have our NYE meal. Didn’t really matter how much our evening cost. 15 min wait. Fine, we’ll grab a drink at the bar. I guess it was a shift change because without acknowledging us the girl grabbed her till and went in the back. Another couple sat at the bar. After 5 minutes another girl came and waited on the couple that just walked up. When we finally got her attention we said we had been waiting. She rudely said well the other girl was off and she was busy waiting tables!!!!! So, we’re off to another restaurant! No more Longhorn for us!

I had such a great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse! We started with the spinach dip as an appetizer, and it was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed an Old Fashioned, which was perfectly made.
For the main course, we shared a steak with their signature big baked potatoes, and everything was cooked to perfection. The steak was tender and flavorful, and the potatoes were hearty and satisfying. It was so good, I completely forgot to take a picture!
The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was excellent. Can’t wait to go back!

Went eat today and will be the last time i ever eat here, the smell was nauseating so bad smelled like old mop water and took 10 minutes to be seated when noone was there while they were cleaning tables that were still full of empty plates and glasses guess from earlier during the day, guess they didnt feel like cleaning up between customers. We did wait and ate but the smell was so bad it made it very difficult to eat and even after we left the smell stayed in our nose for a good while so definitely will never return.
