I tried to resolve this with taco bell rather than posting a bad review, but I don’t think the company really cares at all.If we get garbage, lazy, ingredients thrown together, wrong temperature, poorly made. So let me fill in the details. It was after work last weekend ten o’clock at night. I was exhausted and really, really hungry. Pretty typical for many of us that work in the restaurant industry. After feeding people all night long, I just wanted to eat something easy and fun. So I went to Taco Bell, and because I had recently downloaded the app
I looked at the app menu before ordering. Let me just fast forward to say that everything was a disaster, but the worst item was the crunch wrap that had almost nothing in it. The food came out way too fast to be right.So I knew immediately that there was a problem. Also I was home in five minutes and everything, in the bag was cold. That would not have happened if everything was served at the proper temperature. After contacting Taco Bell corporate, I was given a credit for one free item. The credit was added to my app. There was no message telling me that I had twenty four hours to redeem that credit, but after twenty four hours, the credit was gone. Now I am just done with this company. Done. I want a full refund and I will never do business with taco bell again. As it is, I am very selective about fast food.But this particular taco bell is the worst that I have ever been to. My advice to corporate is shut this place down and start over somewhere else, where you can find staff that actually cares about the customers and what they are serving us.

On a Friday night when they are suppose to be open til 3 AM. We pulled in at 1:57 and where told that she would be with us in a minute and the came back on at 2:25 and told us that they were closed with a drive thru wrapped around the building. Upon leaving there were multiple cars at the door with their lights on and saw a couple employees outside smoking.

Nacho fries,the new bacon chicken calupas,potatoes, and empanadas all bad. Half non edible so burnt overcooked almost broke a tooth trying bite into a few things. Maybe the grease is super old and dirty and needs cleaned 20$ all disgusting in the trash

This location has gotten so dang incompetent lately. They are getting orders wrong more often, not having things prepared (they didn’t have the marketed freeze ready by happy hour and took almost an hour into happy hour to get ready), and just today they took the credit card and didn’t give it back. They said bye and left the drive thru window. Took a long time to get back even after honking to get attention. Absolute disgrace.

This location has gone down hill. I have come here multiple times where the food is cold and not good. Today has solidified that we are done with this location. Something as simple as trying to get a gift card was way more complicated than it should be.

Took over an hour for my food. Many people were upset with how long we waited. The drive thru having priority when you have a store full of irate customers doesn’t really make sense. Couldn’t even get a refund because the manager was busy. Ended up being late for my doctor’s appointment.
