I was really disappointed with my experience at Ruby Tuesday. There was absolutely no sense of urgency with our food. The server seemed more focused on making sure everyone else had their things than actually helping us. We waited about 20 minutes before she even came over to our table. I ordered a salad as an appetizer, and even that took an extremely long time to come out. The server appeared unprofessional, possibly intoxicated, which made the experience even worse. We visited this location after church around 12:30 PM for what should have been a simple family meal, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. My daughter and I ordered the salad bar with a water and a peach tea, while my wife opted for the soup and salad bar combo. The issues started with the food; the lobster bisque my wife received was essentially just cheese soup with absolutely no lobster in it. After one bite, she couldn’t eat it.
Beyond the poor food quality, the service was nonexistent. We sat with empty glasses while the waitstaff actively attended to every table around us but ignored ours. When the waitress finally appeared, we asked for refills and requested to send the soup back. This led to an uncomfortable encounter with the manager. Despite admitting the cook had made a mistake with the bisque, he tried to argue with us when we declined a replacement and asked to have the charge removed. He acted as though adjusting the bill to a simple salad bar was a major inconvenience and was visibly upset by the request. It wasn’t until a few minutes after he left that the waitstaff finally returned with our second round of drinks. The combination of an unprofessional manager and a lack of basic attention made for a very unpleasant visit. We won’t be back any time soon.

Sabrina’s by far a very genuine server and best bartender in this town. She really knows how to keep a customer in the room, she knows entertainment. We truly wouldn’t come every week if she wasn’t here. Don’t let her go because I know we aren’t her only regulars who LOVE HER & the burgers here are great quality amazing taste

My husband and I have been coming here for a couple years, and one thing that has never changed is the service we get from Kyera, she is truly a standout!!
From the moment we walk in, she’s already on top of everything. She’s super knowledgeable when it comes to the menu, gives us honest recommendations, and somehow remembers exactly what we like every time. Not to mention she’s super attentive. We’ve never had an empty drink with her. It’s like she notices things before we even say them.
What really amazes me is how fast-paced she is. Most times when we come in, she seems to be running the whole show on her own, and she still manages to make every table feel important. Even when she’s clearly busy, she takes the time to make genuine conversation with us.
She’s a major part of the reason we’ve kept coming back, and the restaurant is lucky to have someone like her.
If you visit, do yourself a favor and hope you get Kyera, she’ll take excellent care of you every single time!!

I keep going back because of the first waiter I met there. Sabrina has given excellent service each time I have gone there. She always makes sure I have everything I need and checks back often. If it wasn’t for her I don’t know if I would continue to go there cause she is always so much fun and I look forward to seeing each time I go. I have to also say that the hamburgers are awesome and the best in Greenville, NC

I eat out several times a week. My schedules busy and I just prefer to eat out. I haven’t been to Ruby Tuesday’s in Greenville, NC in years. And I’ve only been a couple of times. Went tonight (only because my husband wanted to go, he hadn’t been in years either) boy….. was I sorry. The waitress was great and wanted to make sure everything was good. My husband said the ribs were great. My sister in law and myself got the 6oz ribeye special that came with a baked potato and we paid extra to get the salad bar(salad bar was good). We both asked for medium but it was closer to well done. I do eat steak quite often and typically go to the local steak houses. Typically I get a 10 or 12oz so I have leftovers. Because they had a great special on the 6oz, I decided to try it. That was the smallest, “thinnest” steak I have ever had in my life. The waitress took it back and brought me another cooked medium, and although it was medium, it was the toughest steak. With the tip, we spent $96. And again, I have just never seen a steak that thin. We also couldn’t get the butter(it was hard) to melt in the potato. Don’t expect any bread when you dine here. They were having a problem with their ice machine. Our waitress tried to give us as much ice as she could. I’m thankful, at least we had a great waitress(wish I could remember her name).

Not usually for writing reviews but when Sabrina asked I had to make time. I was sitting with Sabrina Sunday night. BOY that girl can work. She’s amazing she will speak with you a million times even when she’s completely hands full. She’s a definitely an amazing server. To watch people speak so rudely to her while working and keeping a straight face on. I commend you girly! Keep up the good work. My boyfriend and friends will be double dating here again and asking for you girly!
