This location is NOT worth your time or money. They barely mixed up the chocolate syrup in my fiance’s chocolate milkshake and her chicken sandwich was poorly put together with almost no sauce at all and an extremely dry sandwich overall. They were also really stingy with the whipped cream in her milkshake and Rebecca made things too complicated when we were trying to make the best use of our coupons. After asking her to proceed with the order with ringing up whatever was cheaper with our coupons she stopped communicating properly about the order and we didn’t save as much money as she promised. My fiance’s order was so messed up we feel like it was a vendetta against her. The mozzarella sticks were also bland in flavor and my burger didn’t taste juicy whatsoever. The milkshakes also don’t taste like real shakes and lack a good texture. Rebecca was also treating it like a tutorial showing us on the screen how to ring up the order like she was expecting us to do it.

The best service and fries I’ve had an an Arby’s! DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY DO NOT WASH THEIR LETTUCE. It is not safe to eat here. Great service and the fries were super fresh, but when you can get sick from eating the rest of the food, I can’t recommend this place.
It is not safe to eat any sandwich with fresh ingredients, because they obviously do not wash their produce. The inside of my sandwich had more dirt, literally planting soil, than sauce. Lettuce, tomatoes, and onions grow in the ground. They’re covered in dirt when you harvest them. That’s why you wash your produce. The only possible way to have this much dirt in the lettuce is if no one ever even tried to wash their lettuce.
Picture included, with the giant chunks of dirt highlighted. Those black clumps are planting soil. Very nutritious for plants, and very unhealthy for humans. Plus, giant pinkie sized pieces of dirt don’t taste good in your sandwich.

Had a great experience here we’re regular customers here now the employees are very nice and friendly professional. Our food we ordered was delicious and fresh hot as well . The Rubin Sandwiches were delicious and the fries plus side drinks. The restaurant was very pleasant and clean . Just not Handicap friendly when you enter the building.

It doesn’t matter how close it is to closing, you should always have quality when it comes to food. As you’ll see, the manager making my order didn’t even give me a full amount of chicken on 1 sandwich, the 2nd one lacked bacon, and the 3rd didn’t have the extra bacon I ordered. The mac and cheese was clearly old, and burnt. Everything just tasted off. We also had 2 large shakes that were completely melted and not even mixed well! Even my door dasher had problems with the staff while picking up my order. The store had my order for over an hour, not sure why they pitched a fit when it was being made at closing time when they had my order for so long.
