I will not rate your service because does not even qualify for a rating. You have the worst customer service in any establishment I have encountered. Tonight I had you manager on duty tell me that I don’t know the difference between a thigh and a breast. Well apparently neither does she. See below. This is the small breast in my white meat meal. Your employees are rude and frankly doesn’t need to be dealing with the public because they don’t know how.

I ordered through DoorDash. One large mashed potatoes and gravy, which was delightful. Two dozen bone in chicken wings, which were out of stock and replaced with boneless. The replacement was communicated with my DoorDasher and I approved. The problem is those Boneless wings were literally the driest/hard Wings I have ever ate. Not even edible. I had to throw them away. The next problem was I spent seven dollars on the Sriracha Sizzlin dippers and did not receive them. Needless to say, I’m highly dissatisfied by this location. Do better management. I’m also half tempted to contact the health department because I’m almost 100% sure those wings have been sitting around for many hours and then served to me. Don’t bother with an apology reply. Actions speak louder than words just do better. I’m so bitter because this isn’t the first second or third time this location has been highly disappointing, but this will definitely be the last time.

Man, I love a good Popeyes chicken sandwich, but this location has wild consistency problems. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it tastes like they’re serving you from the trash pile. Expect a 30 minute wait at the drive through.

It was my first time doing a order on the Popeyes app. I picked the food up at Popeyes and forgot to look in the box (I wish I would of looked in the box) the chicken looked liked it was cooked 2 days ago!!! I ordered the family box of 12 pieces with 1of them being a chicken breast!! They gave me 5 chicken breast! I want 5 thighs, 3 legs, 3 wings and 1 breast!! Never again will I order on the app!

It is now 426 in the afternoon on Friday the 19 th of Dec ordered our food 16 piece chicken dinner bout 330ish they had ran out of chicken said it would be bout a 15 min turn around but oh no they were more worried about the drive thru than those of us who came to order our food to take home

The mild chicken tasted like flour and had no seasoning flavor at all. The Cole slaw tasted like it was sour so I didn’t eat it. The older woman working the register was in a foul mood..no greeting, acted like she was mad at the world. I prayed for her. You never know what somebody is going through but it shouldn’t be taken out on the customers. I won’t go back there.

I waited in the drive thr for 40 minutes for an order I placed on the app. When I went to go inside the store was locked the only reason I got in is because someone came out. Its been an hour since I placed my order and im still waiting. Door washers are knocking on the door and calling and they are literally ignoring them. This popeyes is by far the slowest and the people working have no customer service etiquette. I finally got my order and it was wrong. Someone high up needs to come fix this place it’s been this way for at least 2 years.

This place is horrible. Visited on 10/18/25. The service was slow. Got pulled in the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes. No one ever brought the food to the car. My husband went in to get it and the food was cold and the sandwiches looked like someone dropped them on the floor.
