Not the most friendly or helpful staff here. They were a little busier like maybe 3-4 cars in front of us but they couldn’t make out what we were saying then got snippy and lippy with us when mentioning the free frie offer I had in Rewards account. Wait about 10 minutes and the qr scanner didn’t get my code and didn’t honor the deal. Chicken Sammy was gas tho. Cheese fries were poop

Got 2 kids meals for the kid I was babysitting. They didn’t ask what side we wanted and the service was slow. We waited 5 mins to order at the box. Then 10 mins a the window. No other cars were in line. No one came to the window to say We’ll be with in a moment or anything. After 10mins she came up and said the total gave us the food and closed the window. It doesn’t take much to say sorry about the wait or I’ll be with you as soon as I can. I get it, no one cares about customers anymore. Maybe they are having a bad day. The food was good.

If I could give this company a negative 0 I absolutely would. I just stood at the counter with my daughter waiting on our order to be taken patiently. After 9 min and 5 employees looking at us, continuing to gossip and ignore us. I finally asked is anybody taking orders. They just looked at me completely confused like the didn’t work there or something. 1 person finally responded and said ummm idk I think you have to use a kiosk or something. Mind you if that would have been an option I obviously would have used it instead of dealing with the horrendous customer service experience we had. We stood there another 2 min while they continued to stand around doing nothing. Not a single person spoke when we walked in, nobody said we will be right with you. Nothing. I have been a store manager in customer service for 18 years and never in my life have I had such a bad experience with your company. I will never be frequenting that location again. I will be leaving a review on every site, along with contacting the BBB. Something needs to be done with these employees and whoever was the manager. This happened at the location at 6925 S Lindbergh St. Louis, Mo, on February 6 at 4:30pm. I also would like to mention that I have a mental illness and this visit made me spiral very quickly downhill after the fact.

There were very few people in the Drive-Thru and very few people in the restaurant. I stood at the register waiting to be helped for a full 5 minutes before the manager finally said I’ll be right with you. For the next 10 minutes, she dilly-dally around moving super slow putting orders together. I tried to get her attention but finally I said, is there someone that can take my order I’ve been standing here for over 10 minutes. Then the manager looked at me very testily and said I’ll be right with you. When I finally ordered my order was over in 30 seconds. Seriously, she could have helped me at any point and she would have only been 30 seconds behind. I hate being ignored and I hate for my time to be taken advantage of like that

$50 for 3 sandwiches sure no problem. But I asked the girl more than 3 times EXTRA EXTRA mayo n hot sauce on the side she gave me 3 mayo 3 hot sauce She didn’t give me the kind I asked for. They make me feel like I asked them for half of their paycheck. SO CHEAP.

1/7/2026 at 9:30. Drive thru lady made me repeat my order 3 times to get the right meal and items. Then she charged me for my nugget sauce (pretty sure it was because I was white) my burger and fries were cold (literally) and the fries were burnt. I’m not sure what is wrong with the management of this place. It’s not the ghetto, the entire lobby smelled like weed. Guess the employees are getting baked at work. Won’t be back.

Sat down to eat. No one was at the register had to track someone down to order our food as the kiosk was broke. Had rap music blasting over the sound system. Place was filthy and finaly got the food a half hour later and everything was ice cold. Went to get ketchup and all the dispensers where out. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

Employees were kinda mean but tbf it was kinda late in the day. They just seemed like they hated their life but it’s okay
And the atmosphere is just a basic fast food place.

Fries undercooked and cold. Service was like you are invisible. Asked for a bag to go. They walk right past you and keep going looking your direction like no one is there. My group of 2 and 1 other customer were only ones there. You would think I wouldn’t have to stand at the counter over 4 minutes to get a bag to take my cold food home my food was on the counter before I could fill my drink. Fast but cold.

Used to love this place. But the last few years quality has been slipping. Today when I ordered I go a stale bun and a smaller meal than I asked for. I was only charged for the smaller meal, but really wanted more food. Didn’t realize till I got home so didn’t fuss to go back.
