So, I really want this new business to succeed. However, this was our experience and I want them to learn from my criticism. We ordered one pepperoni and one supreme pizza as well as deep fried pickles. We don’t know if because it was the end of the night and their oven had cooled off and they took our order anyway, or if the pizza is always like this. White crust on the bottom, barely browned, the pepperoni looked nothing like the photos on their picture. It was more like pizza buffet or Chucky Cheese quality. But there was another family who ordered before us and theirs looked the same. When we left the food court, the open light was still on. They kept opening the oven door, which let’s all the heat out and made us wait much longer than the 15 minutes we were told it would take. Then, the pickles came up waaay quicker than the pizzas took. They just let them sit up there on the shelf until all the food was done. By the time we got them, they were a cold, goopy, congealed mess. Nine dollars gone, just on the pickles alone. We threw them out. The entire meal was terrible.
A little bit of praise for the massive amount of garlic they used.
My husband wants to give them another chance but I do not. I feel swindled.
