Although everything else was good the atmosphere is not the one I would ever going to again it is very cold and uninviting. Not someone you want to sit and enjoy your food. This is something I think McDonald’s needs to rethink before redoing over any other McDonald’s like this.

I like going to this McDonald’s location because the food tastes better than other locations. It’s hot and “fresh.” Best “Go to late night meal.” However recently service has been awful. Staff is deaf at drive through. They literally don’t hear anything. My order has been wrong multiple times. Today I went to order as I usually do and I got a different sandwich than what I said. And then when I went back inside, I had to pay for another sandwich. Even though it was their fault that the order was wrong in the first place. What the heck am I supposed to do with another sandwich I don’t like? Especially when the blood pressure and cholesterol have settled into the sandwich.

Both bathrooms were closed for the entire lunch rush, which is completely unacceptable. An elderly woman even mentioned she had been waiting over two hours just for it to open. When she and another customer finally got in, the place was covered in liquid — clearly the wrong time to do a deep cleaning when customers needed it. Restaurants are required to provide working restrooms, and this location failed at that basic responsibility.

On top of that, the manager showed no care for customers. A child who had already purchased a shake asked for a simple cup of tap water, and the manager flat-out refused. Most places provide that without a problem, but here the manager was cold-hearted and unhelpful. It came across as pure laziness and unwillingness to do even the simplest things that would cost the company nothing but mean a lot to the customer.

Overall, this was a lousy experience. Bathrooms unavailable, unsanitary conditions, and a manager who doesn’t care about customer service. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Most places do that free. Very lazy manager who refuses to do simple tasks most do to help a customer that don’t cost the company a cent.

There should be a choice for no stars. In my opinion, they don’t deserve any. When I go to spend my hard-earned money I expect good service, not to feel like an inconvenience. So let’s start with how I went in to use the bathroom and it was a mess. At 930 am, so already they started on the wrong foot. Then I went to the counter and my app code didn’t work so she told me I couldn’t use it okay I get it I need the app to get the buy one get one free deal. Then I leave to wait the 13 minutes it takes to use the app again, but when I get to the car I try the app in the drive-thru and it magically works so I order 2 sandwiches 2 hash browns, and 1 large soda when I get to the window I ask for ketchup, syrup, salt, pepper, a fork, and a knife, but she didn’t bring the salt and pepper so I ask her for some again, her response was OH MY GOD, then give me a minute I told her to forget it and drove off so they forgot to give me my drink. So I had to go back in and I told what seemed to be the person in charge out front and she laughed at me. HOW RUDE. I didn’t pay for rude, so I won’t be back, there’s another McDonald’s not too far from here I’ll be going the extra mile from now on. Thank you

I’ve never ever had a such interesting experience. Placed an order at around 3:45am. Headed and arrived at 4:03am. Drive thru guy, or maybe it’s the manager said “In 7 minutes we’re gonna have nothing”, with nothing explained(NOTHING). Okay then, I’ll wait.
After 15 minutes we knocked at the window to see how long it still needs. This manager really said “ I have nothing” and “ I can do anything” and tried to close the window, which almost hit me, twice. So I decided to call the service number on the window, guess what? That’s a sexual hot line. Wow. Said he’s gonna call the cops, I’m glad he really did, or that’s gonna be such a waste of time. When the officers arrived he’s even more confused, since it’s the manager called, not us.
With two officers presented, he finally asked what was my order. It’s just a 6 pieces nuggets and a large coke. Till the very end the manager brought out nuggets, and a fries, still think I’m trying to take advantage, just because he heard me wrong. How can a person like this hired by McDonald as a manager?
As it turns out, the whole thing was just because the system is being resetting. Then why don’t you explain? “In 7 minutes our system will open again”. Is this your explain?
If you guys interested in the number, call it. I post a picture. Maybe they will change it or fix it. But I do have all the videos to show I’m telling 100% truth. If I lied, I go die.

In addition, as soon as I started a video, the manager immediately wanted me to take it away, after I refused he shut the window and never came back again. I asked the two officers came by, they said it’s EVERYONE’S FIRST RIGHT, and it’s legal, as far as you’re not in these private areas like their kitchen. So do it.

Very very very bad service I do not recommend it to anyone please do not go there this place is of very poor quality the food the bread was burnt and when I opened the hamburger there was only chicken without any type of sauce much less lettuce or tomato etc. incredible that can not happen in a place where someone with a lot of hunger expects to have something good to eat at the end of a long day of work do not go there if you do not want to have a bad night please
