The owner was there and he was great at suggesting what to try. I went with a Sea Dog but subbed out the American cheese for Swiss and added tomatoes at his suggestion. It was excellent! Very clean restaurant and friendly staff

I’ve eaten at several fast food restaurants, but this is the first fast food place where the employees kept in communication with customers to let them know of short delays in preparation and checked in with us every few minutes. I’m just passing through on an 8 hour drive, but the customer service Anthony provided alone would make me want to frequent this establishment if I was local.

I’ve been going to this location for awhile with my girlfriend whenever we want to get into a good food coma and the food always good; but the main reason I’m writing the review is not for the food but to give credit to the amazing customer service we receive by an employee named Anthony, he is always serving us with a positive attitude, very patient, and is very quick to get his orders out in the most respectful and polite way as well, best fast food customer service I’ve had. He deserves a raise.

Ordered my food and the lady 3 orders after me got her food before she ordered. Frustrating waiting. They gave me my food but not my drink. I had to call the store and ask.the employee for my drink. He was shocked that I was calling from the counter to ask to for my drink. Manager did nothing, and when I said I would never come back here again he said. Ok.

Every time we have came in, Anthony customer service has been exceptional we never had an issue every time we come and. Kudos to Anthony and the crew for phenomenal customer service and food. We will continue coming to the Beaumont location since it’s the best in the Inland empire
