I got a Qdoba bowl also from Mason Montgomery Rd location, the bowl is unexpectedly full ,I posted pic to compare the one I ordered from chipotle also MM location . I headed to this location to order to- go for the boy who likes chipotle better , but the portion from this location is unexpected less, only half of the bowl , because I ordered for my 16years old, 6 feet boy who is in his growing age. I went back and asked for more portion because of my boy and explained to the guy , the guy who prepared for the pick up is not very happy with that , gave me a little cup of rice , and I mentioned the cheese is very less, and he gave me a little cup of cheese , the pic is after he filled up with rice and extra cheese ,he’s impatient after gave me the two cups,and then he left. I already mentioned the portion is not enough for my teenage boy, why didn’t he just fill up my bowl , I didn’t know what’s he doing . I checked the review in this location, actually quite a certain amount of people mentioned the portion and the service , not surprised, it’s my first time to the store , and I will never go back again , the store in kings mill near kings island is much much much better , portion and the service !!!

I ordered extra for all portions on both my bowls and was given half a bowl for both bowls. The portions are getting ridiculous and it’s time I stop giving this business my money for low quality and quantity. Terrible customer service the manager refused to remake my bowls or refund and said it’s just how it is they’re allowed to rob people and write it off as that’s just how we do business. Zero stars never coming back again. Chipotle gets away with paying the workers low and cutting costs by charging $30 for one chicken burrito bowl worth of food and get away with it again

First, the app never updated when my order was done and this was my first time using it. So I sat in the restaurant waiting until noon when it said it would be done. I went up and it had been done for God knows how long. Only for me to open it up and stuff be literally everywhere and zero chicken in the one of the three tacos. It was all corn salsa. The sour cream had the consistency of water. Disgusting!
So I ignored that and kept eating until I found a hair!! I am absolutely disgusted. I just paid nine dollars for this and can’t even eat it and already ate the taco with no chicken in it! Once I found the hair, I was gagging. This is absolutely disgusting.
Our local chipotle is bad enough, so I come here thinking it would be better and it’s not. I was so excited to try Sam’s meal off the protein menu and I honestly think I will never step foot in a chipotle again. So so gross.

I’ve been to this Chipotle location dozens of times over the years. I almost always have a great experience. Food is consistently good. They play good music. This location can get decently busy around lunch time

We have ordered online to this location several times. There’s always a problem. It’s either the wrong items, late, or what’s been happening recently: stolen. Three times.
Today, ordered online. Got there 5 minutes early. At 5 minutes late, with no order up, I asked. They said they’d check. 10 minutes after that I was able to get someone’s attention again. They said the order was complete. Told them I had nothing, and they said they’d check. Again.
Finally, I got in line to just order the food and show paid receipt for online. They had served tons of people while I waited. One of my items is online only, and this confused them.
Eventually, they agreed to remake it. Grand total was it was 35 minutes late, perhaps 20 people served while I waited, and the best part…
While I was waiting, one of the workers dropped a to go cup of something. Maybe sour cream, maybe salad dressing over to the customer area. It cracked open a bit. I grabbed it from the floor, handed it to the guy (getting the white whatever on my hand but expecting he’d throw it out), and the guy put it in the customer’s bag like that.
So, no. Very much do not recommend this location.

Went in at 10:05PM, store closes at 11PM. Store staff said they weren’t allowed to make quesadillas and that I would have to place a mobile order (literally every other chipotle I’ve been to will just make me the quesadilla, you can ring it up on the POS so ??) but then said they wouldn’t be able to fulfill my mobile order as the machine that cooks the quesadillas was already turned off. All drink machines had been cleaned and turned off… they still have almost an hour and are losing out on sales by closing shop up too early. Apparently based on several other reviews, this is the norm for the location.

This is horribly sad. I ordered Chipotle chicken bowl togo. Literally there is not enough chicken in there. Hardly 3-4 chicken cubes. Never expected this. Now I can see how this store got less rating. Something needs to be fixed. Very sad. I believe this was scrapped from empty bowl.

This is my favorite Chipotle in the Cincinnati area! They give really good portion sizes and their food as so much flavor compared to other ones. Chipotle is always my go to for something quick and healthy on my lunch break! Definitely recommend this location.

Food is excellent even at late night online (DoorDash) orders. But please check your guacamole before serving it.
This is what I get when I order guacamole on side as well as on rice bowl. Whole guacamole is turned completely black. I couldn’t even see little bit of fresh anywhere inside.
