I can’t believe I’m giving a review to Burger King. But as far as Burger King’s go, #7445 stood out to me. Traveling through and stopped for a quick bite. My Whopper was neatly wrapped in paper and it actually looked like someone put some effort into its creation. I haven’t had a decent experience at a Burger King in years. Michelle was also very personable taking my order.

I moved from Charleston a week ago and I come here because the customer service is amazing. However I will probably not be returning bc this marks the 3rd time in a row I have went and got a burger add cheese and no pickles. Not hard right ? Well congrats on always getting the no pickles but the part I have to extra for is never there great way to boost sales and help food cost. Today went got the same thing but also ordered a plain cheeseburger meat cheese bun easy again right ? Nope just bread and meat no cheese!! Give us our cheese people!!!

Casey was very friendly and welcoming! The food was also great. I felt the manager was a little too tuff on the employees. She was fussing just because they were laughing. Personally I would rather hear people having a good time rather than getting fussed at.

It has been a while since I stopped at a BK. This is one of the remodeled locations. The service was very friendly and fast, the burger was fresh. I really like the custom coke machine! Great experience while on the road between Charlotte and Atlanta.

I have ordered food from here for delivery multiple times. Each time I get onion rings (which automatically comes with Zesty sauce). Well, everytime I get them they NEVER put any sauce in the bag…ever. and I’m 30 minutes away so I can’t just drive there at 11 at night. One time I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I opened the bag it was a note that said they ran out of chicken sandwiches. I got a refund but still so ridiculous.

I enjoy coming to this location, but the night staff was not it today. Not friendly what so ever. I enjoy dealing with the staff in the morning. They are more cheerful and helpful. These people were rude. Also if I order onion rings why did yall not give me the sauce that goes with it. Lawdy.

Lady who took our order was kind, polite and patient. Our order was $70. We had a large order. After getting our food and sitting down we realize we are missing a large fry, a medium fry, and an onion ring. We were met with a nasty attitude from a woman bagging orders, as if we messed up this woman’s order. All of our fries and onion rings were old and cold. When leaving we needed a bag for our leftovers. I asked if I could please get a big bag. She practically threw the smallest bag she had. If you can’t put on a mask to serve your customers, you need to stay in the back kitchen. Immediately ruined our entire meal and mood.

One of the few times that I’ve been able to get tea after 12. Got home and the tea was sour. Smh was also informed no milkshakes. I thought this was burger king have it your way. I didn’t know it was have it your way between. Open and 12 a.m. what about the customers that come between 12 a.m. and 1a.m. are we not as important as the rest?

Food was delicious and what you’d expect from a any Burger King. The burgers we orders appeared to look like just like the ones displayed on the meal. Also it wasn’t too busy at the time but service was very swift.
