Sadly you see why all the wendys are starting to disappear when employees don’t want to work. I made a moble order to still have to pull up from the window and wait 15 minutes and not get my kids toys get stale old crunchy fries and frosty orders wrong. Worst part about this is I came at a time with no line and you can tell from the outside that there were probably 3 tables being used on the inside.

I did not receive the correct order. I ordered a Crispy chicken BLT but they gave me a chicken sandwich. I didn’t discover this until I stopped to eat it for dinner. My frosty was mostly melted and I had to wait for the food to be cooked. I think they gave my order to the car in front of me. The cashier seemed “checked out” as she had no expression and definitely never smile. If this is the level of service Wendy’s is now providing, no wonder the chain seems to be declining rapidly. Thank goodness I have 2 other Wendy’s near my workplace. I will see if their service is still stellar or they too are declining. I recommend avoiding this Wendy’s as by their reviews, they desperately need retraining.

Absolutely Loved Mariah the manager she was super sweet nice and understanding after having a horrible experience at another location. Mariah made me feel heard as a customer and comfortable when I was ordering with her. Everything was correct 10/10 will be back again! Waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes, there was one person infront of me, once I get to the window they hand my my fronties that were already completly melted and had me wait by the door for my food wich took another 15 minutes. Once I get home it was missing the new sauces the Wednesday meals were supposed to come with and before I left the frosties were basically just milk and syrup. Also the fries tasted like they were old and stale then reheated and double salted. They were gross

This is the only location of Wendy’s that I go to. Food is always good, doesn’t take long to receive your order, which is a plus. Staff is friendly. For one star docked for ordered being wrong before.

If I could vote zero stars a would have…. I called back upon receiving the worst quality order just to speak with the manager on duty to refuse to give me the store number and hang up on me twice…… this is acceptable you sped 30 dollars on food want to give feedback for her to ignore you and hangup. I waited 15 min for a store number because I have audio and video of opening product for her to hang up on me not 1 but twice I will be moving forward manager for 10 years doesn’t know her store number hmmm ok. Contacting corporate and bbb. Good luck get her out!!

I’d give them 0 stars if I could.. No recept and they charged me for 2 frosties I did not order. When confronted, they told me we had asked for both, saying they “both heard it on their headsets” but things can get misheard and I was the one in the car, and we never asked for 2. They lied and refused to give us a refund and just sneered at me in silence from across the counter before I finally gave up and left. They got our order wrong and refused to help us in any way. I felt like I was being mocked. Never going back ever again

My family stopped in over the lunch hour between ballgames and had a great experience. Employees were kind, attentive, and got our six orders correct. The food came out hot and tasted good and they had a fully stocked and functioning Coke drink dispenser. The seating area was clean and comfortable.
