Wow we were truly blown away by the exceptional staff & quality of the food. It’s Christmas day mind you so we were surprised when we were driving by at 9pm that Sarpinos was open! I ordered an Italian sub with no canadian bacon & we waited in the car. We could see the staff through the window & they were seriously busting ass, total flow state my bf & i couldnt get over how busy they were & how everyone worked together so well. As for sub itself it was so sooo good. will definitely be coming back 10/10!

I’m usually not a big fan of pizza, but this particular Sarpino’s Pizzeria location does it differently. The pizza is always fresh and really tasty. I also like their chicken wings. Whether it’s for a quick lunch or a movie night snack, the delivery is always on time and everyone is polite over the phone. This location just feels different, in a good way;)

Let’s start off by saying this was my worst experience ever in the restaurant and industry. I have work for fast food restaurants for over 15 years. I was assisting store manager at steak ‘n Shake assistant, store, manager, Arby’s and now a general manager at Naf Naf Grill. This is the worst experience I have experienced in my last 15 years on January 12, 2026. I ordered a chicken and ranch pizza. I specifically said only chicken and ranch extra cheese. I haven’t ate pork in over the last 15 years and it’s against my religion and I really wanna be calling my two brothers which they are lawyers in the morning when I’m eating to my pizza after working a long 12 hour shift today didn’t notice that I was eating bacon I have two slices. I still have a whole full piece, but two slices is missing. I called the young lady back by the name ChristinaAnd she stated she was a shift manager the worst shift manager I have talked to did not try to compensate me. She let someone in the background talk on her behalf through the phone so I’m talking to two people on the phone still didn’t get any type of conversation and they were so rude but I thank God I have the car recorded. I’m gonna be going to a upper level then justice bad review because something have to be done about this. The next person it could be allergic reaction. They could choke and die or swell and die. Something have to be done about this and I have this. Call also recorded from everything I went through tonight have been recorded and the only thing she keeps saying is that they messed up as their fault they messed up as their fault then try to compensate me for my food, then trying to refund me for my food so now I’m going to another level, which might be a lawsuit I haven’t like I said I have a pork and 15 it’s against my religious. I’m so hurt and I’ve been crying.

I especially want to mention the girl who was standing near the cash register, Anna – she was very friendly, polite, and helped me with my order. The service was top-notch.

More than happy to share my experience with Sarpino’s Pizza. I tried recently, and it was genuinely delicious. The crust was soft with a nice light crisp, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the toppings tasted fresh and flavorful. It wasn’t greasy at all — just really well-balanced and satisfying. Great food, big menu, good service. that’s a lot! we like authentic local family owned Italian places, despite many locations it is that, good as any, not a chain. this is just a carryout place, but many are. Salads are awesome.
