1st time here. My mother and I ordered half sandwiches with soup and a side. The Blt needed more bacon. The tuna was on point. Both soups were delicious, French onion and broccoli cheddar.
Our main issue was the cashier. She spoke very softly and we had to ask more than once to repeat. We told her we had not been here before, but she didn’t really help us with our questions.

Really good food. The chicken walnut cranberry salad sandwich and French dipper were great and the salad was perfect – A great mixture of peppery crunchy arugula with sweetish fruit and nut. Kiosk was easy to use and it was an easy pick up at the counter. But the employees seemed unhappy and pick up was odd – my name was shouted impatiently and once I figured out which plate was mine, I had to juggle the long plate of salad, sauce and sandwich with a drink, a pastry bag, and a chip bag on the walk to my table – no tray was provided. In addition, the restaurant didn’t smell fresh (as you would expect a bread store to smell) and the lobby was not clean. An employee walked out and listlessly dusted tables all around the dirty booth piled with debris a few feet away from him – ignoring the real mess. We were there an hour. The dirty table was there when we arrived and it was there when we left. I expect it will be there in a few hours as he clearly had no intention of cleaning it. I watched several customers look at it throughout the hour and a few obviously thought about cleaning it. One woman looked at it then pulled out cleaning wipes to clean her own table before she sat. That is not normal Panera to me. Panera is usually a nice place to sit and relax and eat fresh food and maybe indulge in a pastry in the calm environment. A cut-above-fast-food place where you can take your kids and your grandmother. Or a great place to study or read and sip tea! Sadly, this time the environment just was not that Panera experience.

Clean store, fresh bread. Bagel sandwiches were good. Cookies were not as fresh because we were there for breakfast, and they tasted like they were from the day or two before. Lots of parking, the store is clean, and the service was good.

Worst Panera experience. Dirty bathroom with no soap. Self serve lemonade and tea was out. Order screen was inoperable. Food took a long time – there was a long line of people waiting to pickup. Employees were in conversation more than working. Our order, and other customers’ orders, were wrong. Also, receipts were piling up with the baguettes they were serving.

Panera is my go-to, but this one was off the mark. Long wait for food, dirty bathrooms (water pooling on floor near urinal), screen on wall that normally shows pending orders was turned off and hanging halfway off the wall. Definitely not up to snuff for a Panera Bread.

Honestly, I don’t leave many reviews on local restaurants, but had a really great experience here. Was trying to order food and had so many questions about the menu young lady at front counter was patient and helped me. Food recommendation she gave was delicious. Thank you!

I would skip this Panera. Very dirty. Saw the person making sandwich use her gloves to answer a phone call on her AirPods. She stuck her hand into her loose hair. Told the person “I’ll call you later I’m at work” and placed the hand back into her hair and hung up the call. Continued making food with the same gloves. The whole place was filthy and there were 6 employees.
