We picked up our mobile order to find that it was half eaten. We went back to get a new bowl and the customer service was terrible. They gave us glares and didn’t care to show any sympathy or kindness.

I love chipotle! This location isn’t really my favorite though. The rice is sadly never cooked fully. It’s normally crunchy and grainy.
I enjoyed the chicken, veggies and salsa in my burrito bowels I’ve had here. Unfortunately the guac was old/brown and the queso dip was seemed to be old from sitting out.
Sharing feedback so they can improve. I want to keep eating here but only if the quality is there. Thank you!

Absolutely will not be returning to this location.
I’ve had Chipotle in nearly every state, and this was by far the worst experience.
From the moment I walked in, the service was unwelcoming. The employee behind the counter barely acknowledged me, and when I pointed out that the fajita vegetables looked badly burned, she served them anyway—without even asking if I still wanted them. The person at the register just stared me down while I paid and didn’t provide a receipt.
As for the food itself—completely flavorless. The fajita vegetables, which usually add some depth, were overwhelmingly charred and bitter. My meal tasted like smoke and ash, with none of the freshness or seasoning I expect from Chipotle.

Taste: 1/10
Burned vegetable flavor: 9.5/10 (not a compliment)
This was my first and definitely last visit to this location. I’m genuinely considering reporting this to the health department due to the poor food quality and handling.

Food was great, service was pretty quick. Got a “build your own” protein bowl of some sort, don’t recall the exact name. Went with the chicken (very good) and various beans, cheese and veggies. Definitely recommend.

I don’t get the hype. Their food is severely overpriced.It doesn’t even taste that good. $14 for a steak burrito, and it wasn’t even that good. The steak was tough and chewy and didn’t even have good flavor, the Pinto beans are spicy chili beans. Not plain Pinto beans, so if you don’t like black beans, there’s no option. You’d think they’d have Spanish rice. They were out of chips and pico de gallo.

I decided to give this place another chance after swearing it off for good. I got a bowl and the rice was absolutely raw. My food was inedible. I couldn’t avoid the rice. This is overpriced and crappy food. Not giving them any more of my money. Very annoying.

My husband and I love to drop by when we’re in town and hungry. Chipotle never disappoints. Huge portions, friendly staff, good food! It definitely hits the spot. I always love a food place that allows you to customize your order so you’re getting what you want, and avoiding what you don’t.

Went in today and got a bowl. They wouldn’t let me buy a bag of chips because they were “saving them for mobile orders.” I wish I got a refund because their mush is inedible without crunchy chips. I noticed them say this to multiple people in line. Why is mobile and DoorDash taking priority over the people who are there? Don’t they make their own chips? If you have 60 mobile orders with chips, maybe just make some more? Doesn’t seem like rocket science to me.
