I visit this particular location all the time. Today I was disappointed. I thought they changed the frying time on the fries, only to find out they were refried. My burger was cold too. I’d rather be asked to move forward than to get refried fries and cold food.

Every time I order more than a single item I’m forced to sit in their drive thru “pull forward” spots. I’m pretty sick of getting cold food because they subsequently forget about me because they’re too busy. I’m going to boycott this location going forward as I never have this problem at the 605 location just across 75.

I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy Burger from this place, and I was really disappointed. When I opened it, I noticed a slice of tomato in the burger that was clearly rotten—molded, and smelled off. It completely ruined the meal for me. Fresh ingredients are the bare minimum I expect when ordering food. Definitely not ordering from here again!

Wow this was the most disgusting cheeseburger I got today. Both of the burgers were disgusting. Of course I couldn’t eat it. The buns were pressed down. They were crushed, flat, the burger was very very disturbing looking. They were barely any toppings other than dried cheese and lots of ketchup. Absolutely do not recommend this place! It looked and tasted nasty!

I heard a guy, or a transsexual guy have a heat discussion with a lady, in the kitchen service! That’s really bad for the atmosphere, to others employees also for customers! A manager can lost the position for allowing this bad behavior! Next time I’ll informed to main office.

They gave us a half filled mcflurry and asked if it was okay. When told “no, can we please get a refund” they rolled their eyes at us. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. They did the order bump, where they said they delivered it to not mess up their metrics and then we had to go inside. Our sandwiches were burned, fries were cold, they gave my daughter a lightyear toy. Lightyear came out TWO years ago! She wanted the inside out 2 toy. Corporate needs to clean house at this location.

It was not very clean for a brand new establishment lots of things dirty behind the counter. The wait was ridiculous for McDonald’s. One lady came in who had a large order and had only got her Coke, she had been waiting a long time. I had used my app and usually my wait is less than 5 minutes at any given location however people came in and ordered after me and got their things first as I waited in the pick up line. The young man at the counter did verify my order number pretty quickly upon arrival and said my order would be up shortly. Well several minutes later, a Door Dasher arrives, waits, gets irritated and her order took a while longer as well. It didn’t seem as if any adults were around to manage and make sure the usual McDonald’s flow occurred. So I finally get my order and I check for everything only to find my cheeseburger missing the burger! I contacted to corporate office who responded via email there was nothing they could do! Even for McDonald’s that’s simply unacceptable. We don’t go all the time, more like when I’m on a time pinch but that pinch money can be spent elsewhere.
