The Texas roll was ok but not a flavor combination I would try again. My daughter had the Lion King Roll and she enjoyed it very much. The portions are average and quality of food used was good. Service and atmosphere were excellent. We have dined here on many occasions and have never been disappointed.

This is our food from Osaka Sushi in Modesto! It was our first time here, and we always pass by it when we’re on McHenry! I think the fish is as nice quality and was yummy! My only complaint that the nigiri tasted really warm haha the California rolls were yummy and soft too! My sister’s udon had some good beef and a beefy broth! It was a pretty big portion too! My brother got the chicken katsu, and the outer coating was nice! This place was a little pricey for the food, so that’s where I’ll take off a star

The beef ramen was delicious and very flavorful. The dragon roll looked amazing and was very delicious as well, the sauce it came with was very flavorful as well. We will be coming back here.

I ordered about 6 sushi rolls for about $65. It was so convenient to order them over the phone and pick them up. The rolls I enjoyed the most were the Texas, Teriyaki, Shrimp Tempura, and Spider rolls. They all had tasty sauces and tasted delicious!! I highly recommend these rolls.
The Rain roll did not taste good because of the raw tuna, which had a mushy texture and odd taste.
I also ordered the Philly roll. It’s very thin. It’s a nice snack.
Overall, I loved most of the sushi rolls I ordered. I’d definitely ordered here again! If you’re looking for a good sushi restaurant with reasonable prices, then this place is for you!

Beautiful place, the tables are always clean. Most of the time its full of people. The smell isn’t that good but the place and floors are really clean. The waiting area is small, but the parking lot is big, you will always find a parking spot available, they also have disability parking.

I have gone to Osaka a few times and the food is delicious. On weekends this restaurant gets very packed and service is a little slower but during the week they are super fast. Regardless the food always comes out fresh, delicious, with a great presentation. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who loves sushi!

Went for a crunchy roll and left with an eye roll from the waitress. Orders a shrimp gyoza, crunchy munchy roll, cherry blossom roll and a chicken katsu bento. The strawberry mochi was a nice touch to the bento. Compliments to the chef at this restaurant.
