Loud, immature employee apparently on her break. Yelling she wants a triple cheeseburger. Her mother came in; she tried giving mom a double handful of some condiment. Another employee stopped her. We ordered one meal with an extra cheeseburger. She rang up everything separately. Dirty tables, dirty bathroom and extremely slippery floors. Will never return.

Food and service were absolutely excellent. The ladies interacting with customers were top notch by any standard.
2 gripes;
1. The changing table in men’s bathroom is broken.
2. A young male employee in bathroom was using a vape while I was changing my daughter. Have to say he was at least washing his hands thoroughly and I subsequently saw him working hard. Just an uncomfortable situation to have my kiddos in there with.
In spite of this, the overall cleanliness and friendliness of employees put this location in upper quintile of mcdonalda ive visited around the world

Decided to come get our gravy biscuit fix, unfortunately lady at cashier told us system were down, totally fine we will wait, should be up and running shortly. The boyfriend and I decided to wait. 15 minutes later they were taking drive thur orders, asked the lady if they were taking orders again got no response, so we went to waffle house. Thanks for nothing yall!

We went thru the drive thru to order 4 mcflurries which came to $17.04 the manager was telling her staff not to worry about mopping and she didn’t care that there were no spoons for the flurries . Just give them regular black spoons. Once we received our order they were half full and not even mixed. I understand companies are under staffed but there is no reason not to do your job the correct way. Especially a manager.

We went there while on a trip to get some food. They had all the lights on, everything was operating. So we pulled up to the drive through, and they played an automated voice message then no one ever came to take our order. We waited ten minutes, then finally just drove up to the window and saw no one was working. Some prankster left the lights on and and turned on the automatic voice message to trick people. We’re furious, do not go to this McDonald’s if you are a self-respecting individual, these idiots don’t deserve your business if they pull pranks like this on Thanksgiving.

Went through for a mobile order. Ordered a big mac meal add tomatoes. And a 13 tote of cookies. Only got 9 cookies, in a small cookie bag, fresh but in a ball. Got my one Itty bitty baby tomato on my sandwich. I’m not sure who was working tonight but they need to pay better attention. Very dissatisfied. Will not be back for a while. disappointing.

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. And only got a biscuit with nothing in it. My friend ordered a chicken biscuit. And I don’t even know what to say about that biscuit. It looks just like a black Puck. One order was correct. The young man at the window was very nice. But you can only imagine how disappointing it was when you got down the interstate and looked in the bag and you had paid for something that was terrible and not there.

Usually service is good here. They’re friendly and helpful. I usually order at kiosk with my app. If you’re dining in they bring it to you. Overall this is a good McDonalds.

Food was ok, it’s fast food. The men at the McDonald’s are always friendly, but the women don’t even speak to you. They hand you your food and close the window. I had to knock on the drive thru window just to ask for napkins.
